The inhabitants of their world are tarnished, weak, vulnerable.
They need a savior; they need to be saved from themselves.
Eliphas knows what they need and he provides it with an iron fist. He is after all the will of Astral world. He won't let his world's inhabitants be tainted by chaos. He will save them even if they are hurt on their way to perfection.
Ena thinks him a tyrant. He thinks she is too liberal.
She disrespects his power; constantly doing what she feels is right over his authority.
Ena is an anomaly amongst the citizens of their planet.
She does not fear him or his might; will not budge under his anger or stand down from her own way of caring for the weaker Astral beings.
