I Dream Worlds
Vaati
I closed my ruby red eyes, curling closer into he dark purple comforter on my king bed. My room was once again the pitch black of night, and I longed for the escape into the realms I had been visiting. It was not in my control, however I always woke up at dawn. I dream of different worlds, sometimes whole adventures in them. Others I would roam the beautiful surroundings, and some I would read their books with odd words I strangely understood. I would be in my usual attire, but no one paid much attention to me, something called a 'cosplayer' is what I am usually called. I smile at the thoughts of the wilderness I had been in the last dream, focused on sleep.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Dream~~~~~~~~~~~~~
Beautiful lush green mountains surrounded me. I was warm, as if it were just the start of summer. A smile graced my usually scowling lips as I laid in the soft grass beneath me, I was in a small meadow with the greenest grass, most fruit-filled trees, clearest stream, and most purple flowers. I picked one next to me,
"Filox" I sighed the wildflowers name. It seems that I had awoken in the strange land on round eared people again. I was glad for the lack of civilization; the fresh breeze was delight to my senses that are so used to musty walls of stone. The sun shone above my head directly, though I felt content in temperature. The small stream of fresh spring water looked as if the Goddesses themselves bathed in it. It shone clear, full of fish of many design. I closed my eyes, and slowly opened them in time to widen them. All air was taken from me at once, this beautiful land was turned back into the greens of Hyrule field. Across in an ominous matter, darkness spread and tainted the land. This land that had been once full of life, saved by the recent hero of time. I ran to the castle, however found my feet unmovable, as if I were a statue in which I had one turned the Princess. My wind, I mourned, my wind has stopped. It no longer covers any land with breeze. The darkness covered the peace, turned it to chaos, I tried to plead out. It hadn't worked either. I needed to warn the hero, I needed to leave now. I could not move.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Horror~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I woke panting, running to the castle entrance. Tears welled in my eyes, Behind me the townspeople shrieked in true terror as the dark spread over the town. I ran through the throne room, just before entering the Princess' room the dark caught up. As I pounded on the door, she opened just in time for my horrified expression to be turned into stone. The winds no longer howled, as they had no wielder. A single untainted light tear fell from my stone cold body.
I was too late.
