"Hinata's out sick?" Sugawara asks, getting a nod from Nishinoya. "I guess we'll have to vote who goes to check on him." Tanaka says, an evil smirk on his face. "Who votes Kageyama?" Tsukishima says aloud, raising his hand. Slowly, every other member raises their hand. "Me?! I don't even like the kid!" He says, angry at their choice. "The voice has spoken! Now go!" Tanaka yells, pushing Kageyama out of the double doors, shutting and locking them. He sighed, walking towards Hinata's house. "This better be worth the walk."
Hinata opened his eyes as he heard the front door open, and then shut. 'Who's here? Why would anyone come when I'm alone?' He asked himself, removing the warm rag from his forehead. His door opened suddenly, frightening him to the point where he hid under the covers. "Hinata? Are you in here?" Kageyama asked, looking around. "W-why are you here, Kageyama?" He asked, looking at him in shock. "I'm here to check on you." He said without batting an eye. "How sweet!" He said, clapping his hands together romantically. "I was forced here, shrimpy!" He said, grabbing onto his shoulders. "Waaa! Sc-scary!" Hinata panicked, looking away.
"What are you supposed to do, anyway? I was doing fine by myself." He said, looking off to the side. "Don't ask me! They didn't tell me what I should've done!" Kageyama said, averting his gaze to the loads of medicine that was sitting on his dresser. "Do you have a cold or something?" He asked feeling Hinata's forehead. "Y-yeah...My mom's really worried, so that's why she asked somebody to be sent over here to check on me since she would be gone." He said, sniffling lightly. Kageyama placed his hands on Hinata's cheeks, rubbing them gently. "Kage...yama?" Hinata asked gently, a heavy blush setting itself onto his face. "You're easy to handle today, Hinata. It's easier on me when you aren't bouncing off the walls." He said in a soothing voice. The shorter of the two replied by mumbling some gibberish and and closing his eyes as Kageyama massaged his temples. "T-thank you...Kageyama.." Hinata whispered, leaning his head a bit closer to Kageyama's face. "Are you tired?" Kageyama asked, getting a nod from the sick boy. "Y-yeah..." Hinata laid his head on Kageyama's lap, snuggling in his clothes sweetly. "Mom...can I have a goodnight kiss...?" He mumbled, making a grab for the blackette's face. Kageyama blushed, his eyes getting wide. 'He's dreaming already?!' He asked himself, staring at his innocent face. "Please? Just one?" Kageyama sighed, kissing Hinata's silky soft cheeks. "Goodnight, mom..." Hinata whispered, pecking Kageyama's lips quickly before retreating back under the covers. The raven-haired setter's eyes widened as a blush set itself onto his face. "If you didn't do this in your sleep, I'll kill you." Kageyama replied, getting up and leaving. Hinata opened one of his eyes, a blush coming onto his face. He smiled happily, curling up into a ball. "Yaaay...~" He whispered to himself.
