I've decided to work on a new Syoc fic on HOTD. I will be accepting a small list of main characters. All characters that are submitted will be featured somewhere in this story. There will be a total of eight main characters which will include five students, two teachers and my own OC. The setting for this fic will take place in Japan around the end of summer. The form for this fic will be on my profile. When submitting a character please title the pm as, Call of the Dead: Character Name, this will help me find characters that are submitted much easier. And for those of you who have read Paint them Red, the last chapters of that fic will be posted in the next week.

The morning light shinned in through the crystal clear glass windows.

It was exactly 8:30.

She scribbled her name on the board in large letters, Izumi Fujimoto. She dusted the chalk from her hands and turned her eyes to the crowd of students. The young woman's large light green eyes scanned the classroom. She counted the number of heads before her. Twenty-eight. A light sigh escaped her lips. She was missing just one and class had officially began. She clapped her hands together as a small smile graced her lips.

"Welcome back everyone. I hope you had a great summer break. We're going to do a small review to freshen up your minds." She said.

Ms. Fujimoto grabbed a thick stack of papers from her desk and began handing them out to the students. She had made her way to the back of the class when one of her students had called out her name loudly. She glanced up immediately, her arms still wrapped around the packets, and her gaze followed the direction one of a young man's hand pointed out the window. There was trouble at the front gate, a rather strange sight even from the distance they were located. Ms. Fujimoto squinted, she barely recognized the school guard holding something in front of him. Her face remained calm as she suddenly marched over to the classroom door. She peaked into the hallway. The teacher next door, a man, briefly stepped out to speak with her. He had no doubt seen the same thing. Her arms were crossed as she stepped out into the hall to meet him half way.

He opened his mouth to speak to her but was cut off by the sound of the intercom being turned on.

Silence.

A thickening tension filled the air and anticipation grew in her chest as Ms. Fujimoto tried to remain calm.

"All students… please remain in your classes. There's been a small disturbance at the front gate. All teachers are to—Ahhh!"

The sudden scream over the intercom sent the students in the classrooms into a frenzy. A sudden gasp escaped Ms. Fujimoto's lips as her students stormed out of her class pushing her into the wall and out of their way. Her shoulder slammed roughly into the wall and she watched them run.
