She stole the night with her long champagne colored strapless sequin dress. She glittered in every light, blinding every one with her beauty. Her red lips so very red, and her hair running shiny thick locks down her back. She was even more gorgeous than normal.
As she walked up the red carpet, arm and arm with Tawni, her best friend, Sonny Munroe smiled a bright-white smile as all the camera man yelled to her to smile to them. She knew tonight was going to be the best night over her life. She couldn't hardly wait.
This wasn't everything to Sonny, but it was something. She, Sonny, was at the Emmys. And for the first time in So Random history- it was being nominated for a golden Emmy. But, most importantly for the first time Sonny was being nominated as best supporting actress on a comedy show. A dream come true!
Sonny gracefully headed in to the theater without slipping or falling on her long and heavy dress. Sonny and Tawni were full of excitement, when they found their seats. Second row, right next to Ashton Kutcher!
As the show began, they applauded and cheered with excitement as the different presenters came on, quietly awaiting the suspense that has been killing them for the last few weeks.
"Please welcome Jack Black and Heidi Klum"
Both looking gorgeous in their award show attire, the came out on stage.
Jack Black looked Heidi Klum up and down "Wow, Heidi, you look hot tonight!" He exclaimed.
Heidi rolled her eyes and giggled "Whatever, and the nominees for best supporting actress on a comedy are...."
The large screen behind them lit up showing the different nominees. "Emily Osment, Miranda Cosgrove, Sonny Munroe, and Brenda Song!"
Everyone clapped for all the nominees, Sonny reached for Tawni's hand and held it tightly, they both whisper-screamed as Jack Black read the envelope.
"And the award goes to.......SONNY MUNROE!"
Than suddenly, Sonny released the loudest scream she had ever heard from her mouth. She jumped up and down, and hugged Tawni.
"Ohmygod Ohmygod Ohmygod!" She exclaimed as she passed everyone in the row to get to the stage.
Finally she gracefully made her way up the stairs to the stage, where Jack Black handed her award. She felt a hot tear down her cheek, thinking about all the people who have helped her get this far, and how hard shes worked to get here.
This was her moment. Everyone settled down and listened for her speech. Her smile stayed on her lips, she wouldn't be able to wipe it off until next year, so very proud and surprised that she had gotten an Emmy.
She stepped to the microphone and she breathed out and screamed "THANK YOU SO MUCH! I always dreamed what it would be like to win one of these one day but I never actually thought it would happen! Thank you so much I-"
Suddenly, the microphone was ripped out of her hands- she had no idea what was going on. She looked to the person who had took it from her, and she was shocked.
Next to her stood Chad Dylan Cooper! Chad Dylan Cooper? She was shocked! She didn't understand, but she couldn't wait to hear what he had to say!
"Yo, Sonny, I'm really happy for you, I'm gonna let you finish. But- Brenda Song is one of the best actresses of all time! One of the best actresses of all time!" He turned back to Sonny and made a funny face "Peace out suckas!" He handed the microphone to Sonny.
Than, he dropped to the floor and rolled offstage, leaving the crowd booing, leaving her completely speechless. She had no idea what to say. How do you recover from that. The music started playing. Her moment was lost, and all over.
Sonny had nothing left to do but go off stage and cry. Once again, Chad Dylan Cooper had left her speechless, and once again he had taken something from her she couldn't get back.
