Been a while since I last submitted something here. Well anyway, this is my first songfic, and I got the idea from Operation: D.O.D.G.E.B.A.L.L and the song "Pinball Wizard" from the musical "Tommy". It's sung to the tune of Pinball Wizard, and some of the lyrics are very similar. This song is written as if it is being sung by the Dodgeball Wizard, after he has discovered that Joey Beetles may be able to beat him at his own game!
Disclaimer: I don't own Codename: Kids Next Door or Tommy, nor do I own the episode Operation: D.O.D.G.E.B.A.L.L or the song Pinball Wizard. I think that pretty much covers it!
DODGEBALL WIZARD
Ever since I turned an adult,
I've played the orange ball.
From kindergarteners to sixth graders,
I must have played them all.
But I ain't seen nothin' like him
In any gym school hall.
That small one-year-old kid
Sure plays a mean dodgeball.
He sits there in his diaper,
Becomes part of the team.
Attacking his opponents,
Living out my dream.
He plays by his young age.
The other team shall fall.

Always knocks 'em out,
Never been hit at all,

Sure plays a mean dodgeball.
He can't beat me now,
I've always been the champ!
I know it's a trick!
No baby's gonna beat my hand!
He can beat my favourite team,
He can beat the best.
His big brother leads him in,
And he just does the rest.
He's got crazy youthful reflexes,
I've never seen him fall.
