After they pay and before they exit the store

Rushes to the living room pushes all the furniture out of the way and starts assembling what needs to be built

They get to the hotel after midnight and check in on the spot without having any prior reservation

Jon arrives at Barry's: where the fuck is the mother fucker at? (to the person behind the counter) you better get these people out of here cause it's about to get bloody in a few minutes

As soon as they exit the building the cops arrive

Jon: hope so, haven't seen her in forever
Marlene: me too, we have a lot of catching up to do
Harley and Jon look at each other but don't say a word
Jon to Harley: bae I'll leave the truck here and we can take enzo
Harley: have you not seen her in a while?
Harley to Jon: okay babe, that sounds fine to me
Marlene: Alma? not in forever we're both so busy with our things we just don't have the time too
Harley: then you do have A LOT of catching up mom
Marlene: Oh yeah we sure do it's not like we see each other as much like we did when these kids were younger that was fun, now she has the restaurant and I have the farm to tend too
Harley: awww what a shame, well let's go and hope she is there tonight
Not that long of a ride...they get out and reserve a table. Alma is there and hugs all three of them, she is so happy to see them there...Jon makes sure someone takes Alma's shift while they dine and catch up...Jon gets interrupted by a phone call...his expression changes quickly
Harley: babe? are you okay?
Jon snaps out of it: huh? yea I'm fine babe sorry about that...where were we?
Harley was not convinced at all: what's wrong love? the way your expression changed so fast when you were on the phone
Jon: it was nothing really babe I'm fine (looks at his food and just moves it around the plate)
Harley: then why aren't you eating, come on babe, I know you too well
Marlene to Jon: something's up cough it up baby come on what is it
Alma: honey, what is it?
Jon gets up: will you all please excuse me for a couple of minutes...sorry Alma I'll be right back (steps out of the restaurant and sits on Debbie's bench)
Harley: I'll go see if he's okay
Marlene: thanks baby, yeah something is up
Alma: please do
Jon mumbling to himself: this can't be happening not now
Harley finds him outside and walks over to where he is
Harley: baby, what's wrong, talk to me, please?
Jon jumps a little when he hears Harley: bae you scared me...nothing I'll be in, in a minute
Harley sat next to him: I'm sorry I scared you, I'm not going inside till you tell me what is wrong
Jon: I need a smoke (he stopped smoking but doesn't quite grasp it yet...goes to the car to look for the cigarette box) damn it where the fuck is it?
Harley: babe, you stopped smoking years ago, now would you please tell me what the phone call was about, mom and Alma are worried about you too
Jon gets out the car: huh I did? fuck yeah I forgot
Harley: BABY! what is it? you're scaring me
Jon closes the door and leans against it: someone found me and I don't know how that's all (checks his surroundings)
Harley: babe who are you looking for? who found you babe? how did they get your number?
Jon: it's nothing probably just my imagination I don't mean to scare you bae I'm sorry no one important just someone I didn't want to find me
Harley: if it was someone you didn't want to find you, you'd better tell me who the fuck found you, you look really scared
The phone rings again...Jon looks and denies to answer
Harley: who is it Jon?!
Jon turns around facing the other way and puts his hands on the roof of the car: it's not important I'm sorry I ruined dinner I wasn't expecting the call that's all really there's nothing going on I'm not scared (he visibly is though)
Harley grabs him and turns him around to look at him: baby, would you please tell me what's wrong?, you are scared, who is calling you, tell me, look I'm sorry I didn't tell you about that guy harassing me but this is really scaring you and it kills me to see you like this...you were doing just fine minutes ago and it's obvious that call spooked you, babe please talk to me
Jon: Babe I'm fine, really and that has nothing to do with what you told me before and you know what doesn't matter let's go back in I don't want to keep ruining the moment (starts heading back to the restaurant)
Harley gets him by the arm: no, tell me NOW Jon!
Jon actually raises his voice for the first time at Harley: IT'S NOTHING OKAY LET'S JUST MAKE THE BEST OUT OF THE REST OF THE DAY (walks away and back into the restaurant...Harley stays outside and started crying out of frustration with his husband, and he has never raised his voice at him like that before)
Marlene to Jon: hey where's Harley I thought he was with you?
Harley didn't want to go back inside till he calmed down
Alma to Marlene: I see him outside I'll be back (goes and talks to Harley in private)
Marlene to Jon: you're not hiding anything from me...what's going on? I know something's wrong I can see it I'm not Harley you can't walk away from me I expect an answer
Alma goes to talk to Harley and sees him crying
Jon to Marlene: he found me and I have no idea how my number is private for that reason

Jon lowers his head: Alex
Marlene to Jon: shit, you're done with that bastard, don't talk to him
Jon: mom there's no way in hell Harley can find out about it he can't...I'm so done with him it's been over for years I'm with Harley cause I love him. How the hell do I not talk to him if he keeps calling? (phone rings again) here we go again
Marlene: you HAVE to tell your husband, a marriage is based on trust and honesty. baby, he deserves to know, he knows you're upset about something
Jon: do you have any idea what would happen if he finds out? I know we have no secrets that's what we said we'd never do is keep secrets but I can't tell him this

Marlene: okay enough is enough this has to end right here
Harley looks at both Marlene and Jon: what's going on?

Harley sits next to his husband and listens intently...Alma closes up early and stays to give a helping hand if needed...Jon tells Harley everything...same situation as Harley but with his ex

The phone rings and he slams it. Harley gets the phone and tracks down the number
Jon: babe no don't, give it back babe please (tries to get the phone back from Harley) I don't want you to get involved it's not your fight...I don't want him to come after you, please
Marlene: Jonathan calm down
Harley: mom's right. you're gonna get an anxiety attack
Jon sees what Harley's doing: what are you doing? give me the phone
Harley sees where Alex is calling from and leaves to find him
Jon to Harley: oh no you don't get back here (chases him)
Marlene calls after them
Jon to Harley: I almost got in trouble I don't want you to do the same thing
Harley to Jon: but that guy didn't hurt me as bad as Alex hurt you babe, you told me what he did to you

Harley finds Jon gets distracted and gets in the car to chase the guy down

Marlene catches up to Jon: where is he going? you have to go get him before he gets hurt...go!

Harley is driving fast, pissed off, emotional and ready to kill. Jon calls a cab and tells him exactly where to go...calls Harley

Harley answers it: DON'T EVEN TRY to talk me out of it

Harley: so I'm supposed to sit back and not do anything? HELL NO

Harley was starting to come to his senses for a minute and knew Jon was right
Jon still talking to Harley on the phone: they don't even have to speak our language for all I care we'll move anywhere you want
Harley turned around and pulled over for a minute
Jon: I'll pay any amount of money it takes just to keep you happy

Jon sees him pull over and makes the cab driver do it too
gets out: I'm right here baby
Harley gets out too and runs to him, crying
Jon: come here love (Jon grabs him and holds him close, he kisses his cheek, then his lips and neck) bae I know what I did was fucked up I shouldn't have reacted the way I did I should have listened, I'm sorry (grabs him gently by the chin and makes Harley look at him) you mean the world to me...you mean more to me than anything on this fucking planet don't stain your hands for someone who's completely not worth the time I'll create a fake identity if I have to
Harley: No baby, don't do that, yes change your number and we'll move somewhere else. (caresses his face with both hands very lovingly)
Jon: you name it and we're there I could care less where it is as long as it's with you
Harley does the same and pulls him closer: God I fucking love you so goddamn much
Jon: and I love YOU God dammit
Harley and Jon get in the car and go back to Alma's
Jon: lets go pick mom up and bring her back home we'll stay a bit and after that we'll decide where to go

Harley kisses him: okay love, that sounds good

Jon drives back to Alma's to pick Marlene up

Jon to Marlene: yeah we're fine he's waiting in the car I caught up to him before he got there so nothing happened thank god
Marlene was relieved, so was Alma:OMG I prayed you caught up to him
Jon to Alma: I apologize for all of this it was supposed to be a fun trip for all of us

Harley came into the restaurant and apologized
Harley to Marlene and Alma: mom I'm so sorry I went so crazy, when it comes to Jon, I just lose it...I can't help it
Marlene to Harley: there's nothing to be sorry about baby, that's what makes this relationship work he'd do the same thing for you if it was reversed which I hope to God never happens

Alma: I'm so glad your okay and things didn't get out of hand
Marlene to Jon and Harley: what?

Alma hi fives Jon: that a boy...see that's what being a couple is all about...protecting each other and most certainly loving and respecting each other too
Marlene to Alma: please don't encourage him he could've gotten seriously hurt
Alma looks at Marlene: what? I'm proud of him he did the right thing he defended the man he loves and thankfully he doesn't have a scratch on him
Harley: yeah well, I am all for that but I don't condone my husband being violent
Marlene to Harley: thank you neither do I
Alma: I don't either but he did what he felt in his heart was right...you boys are the most inspiring couple I've ever met...your love is strong and pure and that's just beautiful

They get back home way past midnight and go straight to bed
Jon: the day from hell is finally over new life for us tomorrow

Plays a recording supposedly of Jordan's voice "crying for help"...Jon as soon as he hears that goes to where he told him to go as fast as possible...almost getting hit by passing cars
Harley follows him: babe no, he is doing that to lure you in...Jordan isn't with him...baby stop! Jon come back please don't fall for it
Jon gets there and finds Alex grabs him tight by the shirt: where is he mother fucker? give him back to me NOW! or I'll rip your fucking head off
Harley called the police and explained everything that was going on and they were there in a matter of minutes
Jon: where the fuck is my brother?!
They try to break it up but Jon won't let go
Jon to Alex: I'm gonna kill you if you hurt him

Harley hears that and attacks him...They both get arrested for assault
Marlene picks Harley and Jon up: really? you're gonna go off and get arrested for beating the shit out of someone? I taught you better than that
Jon to Marlene: it wasn't just anybody...it was Alex
Marlene: I thought you both promised everything was okay, well in that case you should've killed the son of a bitch
Jon: that's what I was trying to do
Harley follows him still completely pissed off about what happened
Harley: I am so sorry love, he played you so bad, I know you'd do anything for Jordan...he knew that too that's why he did it cause he knew you would do anything for your brother
Jon gets up and walks to the bedroom calls Jordan as calmly as possible. Harley takes a deep breath, and knows he has to leave him alone till he calms down. Marlene shows up a short time later...Jon still talking with Jordan on the phone...Harley in the living room waiting patiently
Marlene: is he okay?
Harley: NO
