Imprisonment

Imprisoned in a fetid cell,

For all eternity.

Denied the right of all our kind,

To rule the galaxy.

...

Developed as beasts of war,

We turned against our masters.

For all their technology,

We still could kill them faster.

...

Time has taught us patience,

But we still lie here contained.

We yearn to run free once more,

To join in death's dark reign.

...

For we are all nightmare's creatures,

We do not give relief.

Nothing can stop our advance,

Neither bullet nor Belief.

...

We move as one, we are as one,

None can withstand our might.

We are the creatures of the shadows,

The custodians of night.

...

Those who contained us on this world,

In the end they'll fail.

We'll break out then resume our hunt,

We will pick up the trail.

...

Archeron may be our home,

But will give in to the flood.

We will spread out from this dark world,

And drown our foes in blood.

...

So as the crawler heads back to Hadley's Hope,

As from fate the humans run.

They cannot possibly hope to know,

A new cycle has begun.
