Annabeth's POV

It's been 4 years since Percy and I saved Olympus. 4 years since we started dating. 4 months since he proposed. It's four hours until the actual wedding and I was sitting in the Aphrodite cabin, my hair being pulled and tugged. I sat quietly with my butt glued to the chair. Of course none of the girls noticed my silence, they were just happy that they got a live size Barbie to play with today.

I sat thinking about everything. Would Thalia be here on time? She and the hunters weren't here yet. Thalia had to be here, she was my maid of honour and I don't think I'll be able to do this without her.

"Do you think Percy would like your hair up or down?" some girl asked.

"I—"I started.

"Down," Aphrodite said, walking in. I have to admit I was a bit relieved to see her here.

An hour and a half later my hair was finally done. I still hadn't spoken. You see, my head was still whizzing with worries. What was Percy thinking when he proposed? What if he regrets it? What if he leaves at the altar? I cant have cold feet now; it's too late. Would he like my dress? At least Thalia was here. But she hates the bridesmaids' dress. Oh my gods. How could I have picked light pink?

I caught Aphrodite staring. "What?" I said.

"Girls," She said. "Give me a moment to speak to Annabeth in private." With that they all filed out. It was a smart choice too. You didnt want to mess with a Goddess.

"What's wrong Anna?" she asked me.

I knew better than to argue so I spilled my worries. "— what if I'm left alone at the altar?"

Aphrodite simply laughed. Hard. I was angry. I knew this was Aphrodite we were talking about but I did expect some sort of advice.

"Annabeth," she said between chuckles. "How could you even think that? Percy loves you as much as Romeo loved Juliet. Maybe more! Now put on a brave face and get through with this wedding."

I took a deep breath and said, "Okay. Yeah sure. I can do that."

"Right. Now let's finish your make up. Girls!" Aphrodite called. "We have work to do."

After what felt like a millennia I was done. Last but not least I had to put on my dress. It was beautiful. I was white, off-shoulder and lace covering it.

"Annabeth," Silena said. "Your dad's here."

"Okay." I replied. "You look gorgeous."

Silena smiled looking down at her bridesmaid dress. "Thanks. But I look like I pile of mud next to you."

"Thanks, I think. You said my dad's here?" I said.

"Mmm-hmm. Should I send him in?"

I sighed, "You may as well the ceremony's about to start."

My dad walked in. "Annie, you look stunning."

I brushed off the Annie and said, "Thanks dad."

Then out of nowhere Athena walked in. I hadn't expected her here. All of the other Olympians? yes. Her? No.

"Annabeth," she said.

"Mom, what're you doing here?"

"If you mean at the wedding, you're my daughter. I have to be here. If you mean in the cabin, I'm here to give you your something blue."

My mother handed me an owl ring with a sapphire in the middle.

"Mom it's—"

"No need to thank me. I must be going, the wedding starts in a few minutes," then she left.

A few minutes? No I can't go out there.

"Annabeth," Thalia whispered, "You okay?"

"Yeah peachy." I told her.

The music started playing and my bridesmaids starting walking down the aisle. Katie went out, then Clarisse (How I managed Clarisse to be my bridesmaid, you don't want to know.) then Juniper, the Silena. Right before Thalia left I said to her, "Hey Thals, Guess what?"

"What?" she whispered.

"I'm getting married today," I said with a grin.

"Yes, yes you are." Then she walked out.

I grabbed onto my dad's arm and walked out with him. I saw everyone there, the Olympians, the campers, Chiron even Pegasus were there but I barely noticed them. I stared at Percy who had my seaweed brain smile plastered on his face. I smiled back and kept walking. Or running, really. It's all the same right?
