IN CASE OF FIRE
This is an extremely short story I wrote based off of a funny t-shirt I saw. Have fun reading.
John had just arrived back at the mansion from procrastinating at the mall. He was exhausted but as usual released his exhaustion by running like Pietro into the house and making a beeline dive onto his bed. While approaching his bedroom at an alarming speed he noticed something red on the wall outside his door. He stopped to examine it. He had never seen one before in his life.
It was a red box with a on it and a little lock on the handle. It said 'IN CASE OF FIRE' and inside was some kind of detergent bottle. He continued to squint at the mysterious box until Magneto walked by and rolled his eyes, "It's a fire extinguisher, it puts out fires" John gasped and covered his mouth with his hands. 'Who could put such a heinous thing right outside my room?' He then calmly waited for Magneto to leave the area before he entered Remy's room, pulled the Cajun out and pointed at the lock on the box. Remy grinned.
After a few nanoseconds Remy was done picking the lock and John thanked his friend while hastily shoving him back in his room. John then grinned at the box evilly.
15 minutes later Magneto returned from the kitchen and as he was walking to his room – which happened to be located next to the John's – he glanced at the extinguisher, continued on his way and then suddenly abruptly stopped in his tracks. He slowly turned to look at the extinguisher, his right eye twitching. Inside the little red box that said 'IN CASE OF FIRE' the extinguisher was missing and in its place was a marshmallow on a stick.
"ALLERDYCE!!!!!!!" He roared.
I told you it was short. Haha, ok now that this is out of my system I'll go back to attempting to write serious stories. Reviews are appreciated.
