She turn and saw Soran behind her but suddenly her world was gone and she was on board an alien spacecraft that had responded to their signal for help her world had sent and she look up and saw aliens looking at her as they stood alongside each other and she looked at them and did not know who or what these aliens were but she had a feeling they knew about Q and his people because any time someone mention their names the aliens didn't like them .
' We will transport you both to safety and we must return we may not like the Q but they are our children we must protect them at any mean from those that attack your world Guinan remember them well for in the future you will encounter them again Q might be immortal but they have weakness just like anyone does and the ones that attack you are called Borg , now you and Soran in fact will sleep and when you awake you will have a new beginning as well but never forget what happened today death is part of life as well , remember both of you . ' Soran never said anything to Guinan his own mind became twisted and he went mad .
Both slept on their way on board the alien spaceship and Guinan dreamt as she did as she thought where the aliens were taking them of her world now dead and who were the Borg and why did Q bring them here ?
At least she knew Q's weakness now as one of the aliens told her and she remembered as now she stood on the deck of Ten-Forward as Q had appeared once more and asked Captain Picard if he could join the Enterprise .
