Boy, do I love Shion. There's a note at the end for anybody keeping up with me.
Mindful of his youth, the aged man wept for the past but feared the coming days. His wife had faded and he fears his daughter will do the same, torn down by time. He had wasted time and now time was wasting him. Bones that once could hold the weight of both his beautiful wife and daughter now trembled upon standing. His daughter told him "Papa, do not worry. I can take care of you."
Tsukihiko wanted so desperately to believe that his daughter could make him live forever, but he was mortal. Was she? Could she be, only half her blood being human? He held her hand.
"I love you, Shion," his voice was quiet, weak.
"I love you too, Papa," hers was stronger, but it quivered.
"And I loved your mother."
"I loved her too," Shion held onto him tighter.
"Will you be sad when I'm gone?"
"Yes, Papa." She nodded.
"Can you forgive me?"
"Yes, Papa." Her eyes grew wet with tears. "I can forgive you."
She sat by his bedside all night, and by morning only one was awake and alive.
Okay so I have this terrible writer's block and it is taking two forms. I do not know what fanfiction I want to write, but when I sit down to write something original, I do not know how to write it. To combat this, I keep writing the same things over and over again until I get a new idea (hopefully soon). When all this clears up, I should hopefully be updating more often.
