Orion (the Hunter)
In ancient Babylon one name was known through out the city. That name was Orion. Orion was a half human half god and was very brave. He also ran very fast. The one thing about Orion was that he was Albino.
While running to deliver a message to his friend Anthony, Orion was confronted by a fierce white lion. This lion was terrorizing the city for a brave fighter to with. Orion was given no other choice but to fight the lion. It was either fight or die. With this Orion fought the lion out of the city. The people cheered as the lion was leaving.
While leaving, the lion turned back and said "Thank you."
"No, thank you for letting me keep my life," Orion said. The lion said that Orion was a god amongst men and that Orion freed him.
"I can be a normal lion again," the Lion said to Orion.
The people cheered again knowing that the lion would not come back to harm anyone else in the future. That day Orion was a hero.
Orion, being modest kept running to his friend's hut to deliver the message. He could not wait to tell Anthony about the great deed that he has done.
"I heard about the fight between the lion and you," Anthony said with joy. Orion talked about the lion and what he said to him.
"Did you know that same lion was travelling the earth wanting to be a normal lion?" Anthony posed.
"I heard him say something about being normal again," Orion replied. Knowing this, Orion wondered why the lion chose him over someone else. Still wondering, Orion talked to a priest about the lion.
The Priest said that the lion was once a normal lion until he was given powers and went to find gods that lived among the mortals.
"Orion, you were chosen by the star gods."
