Gemini (the Twins)
Gemma and Sarah were twin sisters that loved adventure. The two girls would spend the day running around Babylon all day. Gemma and Sarah were said to have special powers. When one of sisters was upset, one would rise up to the heavens and other would follow in order to comfort her sister.
One day, the sisters' mother, Frida died and Gemma was shocked to hear about it. Gemma being upset went into the stars. She wanted to be alone up in the heaven with her thoughts. However, Gemma did not come back to Earth. Instead she stayed up there sulking. This was new for Gemma to stay up there this long a time.
Sarah was wondering where her sister went. She looked everywhere for Gemma but could not find her. This made Sarah worried. The only place that Gemma would be was in the stars. Knowing this Sarah went up to the heavens to find her sister. It did not take any time to find Gemma. When Sarah found her sister, they talked.
"Why did this have to happen to our mother?" Gemma sobbed. This was really upsetting to Gemma because she loved her mother.
"I don't know, maybe it was her time," Sarah replied to an emotional Gemma.
"You know this happens to everyone. People die and that is what happens, it is life." Sarah asked if Gemma was ready to go back to Earth. Gemma replied with a "no."
Taking this answer Sarah decided to stay with her sister until she calmed down and was ready. They talked and watched over the people on earth. During the day, the sisters would help families deal with their grief and at night they would watch over earth from the heavens. Gemma found watching over earth was calming and stayed up there. She asked her sister, Sarah if she wanted to stay.
"Yes I want to stay and watch over earth with you," Sarah answered. The two sisters spent eternity watching over Earth from the heavens. They also helped families in morning by appearing in the night sky. Everyone took comfort by looking at the two sisters in the sky.
