Dear, friend, let me start by saying that I deeply regret not being there for your refined birthday celebration. As you know this past 100 year have kept me quite busy, oh well. I recently heard about you, and let me add that you are quite fascinating. But let's start with the beginning, I am certain that you heard my affluent reputation, my "evil and ill actions against the great and just Soul Society", but let's get serious. I do not say that I am a good guy, because that, yes, would be a lie. And it will make me sound like one from Seireitei, and thanks but no. No, I am a "not good guy", let's leave it that way, and it is quite a hard job, but somebody has to do it.
I would have loved to meet you in person, but as you know in this kind of business in one moment you are conquering the world, and the next you are tied to a chair in a brutal and strange manner. It shows what kind of sick imagination the "people" from Soul Society have. But these things do not matter at all. I am intrigued by your mind, and in these times without comrades I love the way you do things, and I am starting to see in you my future plan. No, do not worry, a see you as a perfect partner in what is going to come.
So, once again I regret not handing you a suitable gift in person, I am afraid I am a bit short in possibilities, and I hope my humble present will do. Arina and Cristi have both agreed to be my associates from Romania, and so to deliver to you my present.
