A/N: this is my first Dr Quinn Medicine Woman story so please be, gentle and I hope you like it. I've had this idea on my head for awhile, and decided to write it into a story.

'' Mama '' asked the little girl, as she and her mother walked away from the station.
'' Yes Jo '' replied Faith.
'' Where are we '' asked the little girl.
'' We're in Colorado Springs '' answered Faith, smiling down at her daughter.
'' Why '' Jodie asked.
'' Well aren't we full of questions today '' laughed Faith '' because we are ''
'' But why '' asked Jodie.
'' Ok Jo that's enough questions for today come one '' replied Faith, as she took Jodie's hand and they walked toward her sister's place.
'' When's daddy coming '' asked Jodie, as they got to Faith's sisters place, that she'd given to Faith when she moved to England.
'' He'll be coming in a couple of days he just has some things to sort out '' replied Faith, unlocking the door and entering the house, the house was fully furnished. As her sister had left everything, except personal items and clothes, which she'd taken with her.
