Emma POV -
"Goodbye summer, hello school, I said. Getting up from my bed. My name is Emma Trancy. Yesterday was the last day of summer. So today is the first day of school. Me and my friends are known as Actlados. People who are born with a second soul. So if they were to came out the human race would be in danger. Likely the emerald rose hasn't been seen for years. At the moment it was an hour before school. And my friend who lives next to me is almost always late. Then I opened my window to wake him up.
"Yugi wake up or you'll be late for school again," I yelled. Yugi Moto you might have heard of him. Dual Monsters Chapman. He even introduced me to the game. Even if my friend's dad made the game.
"Thanks Emma," he said after he opened his window and smiled at me. Than I finally noticed the thing he always had around his neck.
"Hey Yugi," I said.
"What?"
"what's that around your neck?" I asked pointing to the puzzle like thing around his neck.
"I'll tell you when we get to school," he said before closing his window, as I did the same, so I went to the bathroom and brushed though my long lightening blue hair, to get it out of my yellow eyes. Then I got outside and started to walk with Yugi to school.
"So Yu, what is that thing around your neck?" I asked.
"It's my Millennium Puzzle," he said looking down and holding it.
"What's a Millennium Puzzle?" I asked.
"It's one of the Millennium items,' he said looking up at me.
"So there others,' I said.
"Yep,' he said. It was quiet for the rest of the time we walked to school, when we got there we went into our classroom and took our seats. After a while I got a text from my friend April.
From April:
Emma! It's an emergency!
I wasn't really thinking so I text her back.
To April:
What's Wrong?
From April:
It Tanner! You know how he was going to visit his cousin Aoda a few days ago.
To April:
Yeah.
From April:
Just yesterday Tia was text Aoda, and he said Tanner never showed up.
To April:
That mean...
From April:
His gone missing!
To April:
Will at least we know where he was last.
From April:

To April:
Yes. The route from the bus stop to Aoba's house.
I looked up to make sure the teacher wasn't looking at me to stop texting adn looked back down.
To April:
Do you think Aoda would mind if we dropped by?
From April:
Dude, I just text Tia, she said it was a good idea.
To April:
Good. When did she said we leave?
From April:
She said tomorrow.
To April:
Tomorrow?! But school just started.

What's more important. Tanner or school?
To April:
I guess I could asked Yugi to dropped off all the homework at my house.
From April:
Now you're thinking. See you at the train stop.
To April:
See ya.
Then class was over and I walked to Yugi, Trustin, Joey and Tea.
"Hey Yugi,' I said walking up to him and stopped behind him.
"Yeah Emma," he said turning around to face me.
"i was wondering if you could pick up all the homework for me and take it to my house?" I asked.
Why can't you do it?" Joey asked.
"Something came up," I said.
Is it something with your father?" Yugi said.
"no. Something with my friend Tanner," I said.
"What happened?" Tea asked.
"He's gone missing," I said. "Some friends and I are going are leaving to go find him."
"Well I hope you find him," Trustin said.
"And sure I'll do that for you," Yugi said.
"thanks Yugi," I said, then when school was over I went home and started to pack. "Don't worry Tanner we'll find you."
