Just read the story

So take a loaded gun and pull the trigger back

Darry was going away for the weekend. Ponyboy and Soda asked him not to go but Darry said that if he did go then it could mean a promotion and more money. Having said that Ponyboy and Soda just backed down and left Darry too it.

Ponyboy had an exam coming up and was studying hard, he locked himself in his room and would kick people (even Soda) out of the room if they came near him. It was his English final and he wanted to do really well, so he studied hard for the whole of Friday and most of Saturday. That left Soda pretty lonely. Luckily Two-Bit and Steve came to the rescue of Soda's boredom.

"Why don't we just go to the movies?" Two-Bit suggested

"Yeah sure. Better than hanging around here." Soda said

He got up to go and tell Ponyboy where he was going but when he knocked on the bedroom door all he received was

'I'm busy, go away.'

Soda sighed and called out anyway:

"I'm going out Pony okay, see you later."

"Bye Soda." Pony called, it sounded grudging

So Soda went to the nightly double with Two-Bit and Steve. They watched the first movie and by the end of it Soda was so bored. Steve wasn't so bothered either but Two-Bit was acting like a child and begging Soda to stick around in a lispy little voice, but still Soda really couldn't be bothered. By then it had got dark so Steve, Two-bit and Soda started to head home.

The light in Ponyboy's room was off and Soda felt it was unfair to disturb his brother since he had worked so hard that day. He kicked off his shoes and fell asleep on the couch. He woke up the next morning with a stiff neck wondering how Dally or Johnny could live like this most of the time.

Soda went and knocked on Ponyboy's door which still displayed the message 'DO NOT DISTURB' having no reply, Soda thought Ponyboy must have still been asleep. Soda pushed open the door

He screamed. Reeling backwards

His baby brother was lying in a pool of his own blood, his face had been torn right off and his hands were missing. Written on the wall above his bed was the words:

'Studying Kills'

A/N: A little Thursday Horror for you lovely people. :) I dunno where this came from but I have exams and this kinda came to light last night, I was tired. Anyway what did you think? It's only mild horror but I like it. Well bye bye folks
