Lonely Holidays

Today was Christmas. Today was not a normal day for them.

He had always spent holidays alone. When Sanji had called, he thought, for once, he wouldn't be alone. In the morning Sanji called him at about nine o' clock. The suave blonde suggested meeting at a resturant for breakfast. He was there in ten minutes, that's how bad he had wanted to see Sanji. They ate together and Sanji opened dramatically and slowly started a conversation. They talked about many, many things together. They talked about the weather, food, art, building, Sanji's job as a chef, their friends, and then food again. Sanji made many puns and jokes, and he always laughed. His heart was doing flips and fluttering. He didn't believe he could ever love anyone more. Then, Sanji began to speak:

"We should spend all day together."

He threw his hands up in victory, a large smile gracing his fine features.

A loud alarm clock rang out throughout the room,
