Just a little tribute to two of my favourite characters. : D

Strength

"Yes, Hotaru-chan?"
"I... want to become strong."
"But you are strong- you're Sailor Saturn, one of the strongest Senshi in the universe."
"That's the point, Setsuna-mama. My senshi form is strong. But my real form, Hotaru, is so... weak."
"I'm afraid I cannot somehow force power into your body, Hotaru-chan. You are very strong-willed, but your body is so fragile."
"That's why I want to become strong. I know that with the coming of Crystal Tokyo, our senshi forms and our real forms with meld into one. But I wish to be strong now. If I should forget my henshin pen, I could never protect Usagi-hime in my current state. I would break. I don't want to break, Setsuna-mama."
"Well, dear, what do you propose?"
"Send me off to train."
"Why send you off? Haruka-san, Matoko-san, or Rei-san could train you."
"I... don't want them to train me."
"And why not?"
"Because... they know me. They'd go easy on me because of my fraility, and that would bring about no results."
"Is there any other person you can think of that could train you?"
"Well... I know you don't have the power to send me there, but I just know that there's someone out there that can help me."
"What are you thinking, Hotaru-chan?"
"That we go to someone who can... send me to another universe, a parallel universe I guess."
"Hotaru!"
"Why can't I attempt that? I'm not asking to do this just for fun, I want to learn. I feel that the right person is out there. Just not... here."
"I... honestly don't know who would posess such a power, Hotaru-chan. I'm sorry."
"I never thought you to be so dense, Setsuna-mama. Usagi-hime posesses such a power."
"Are you suggesting we ask the princess to send you off to another universe?"
"I'm suggesting that I ask her to send me off."
"What if you can't come back, Hotaru-chan?"
"We'll find a way, Setsuna-mama. Usagi-hime and the others haven't failed us before."
"What if... you don't want to come back, Hotaru-chan?"
"I would have to come back, Setsuna-mama, it is my duty."
"You know how lenient Usagi-hime is with duty, Hotaru-chan, if you found a reason to stay she would let you."
"I... don't have an answer or a counter argument for that. But... we'll see with time, I suppose."
"I suppose. Where are you going?"
"I need to ask Usagi-hime as soon as possible. The sooner I ask, the sooner I get my answer."
The dark-haired senshi of time merely watched silently as her surrogate daughter left the room. So, she thought, Usagi-hime's guess was right.
Yeah, I realize it's just mainly dialouge right now, but there will be actual... action, I guess, next chapter. The crossover will be with Final Fantasy 6 (or 3 here in America) and if any of you know the game, you can probably easily assume who she'll be trained by.
