A 14 year old girl slowly ran out of her hiding place, beaten and badly torn. Her clothes were falling off, and she was sick. But she couldn't go back, she couldn't go home. Not to that monstrous person who calls himself her big brother...
As she ran faster into the woods, with the police coming after her, searching for her... She didn't- no, she couldn't go back their ever, not in a million years...
The police, however, where turning leaned into another hiding place, and stopped to catch her had a childhood friend that would take her in..He did promise that He would do anything for her,and she always told her secrets to him, so she decided that first thing tomorrow, she would go to him...
The next day...
After the girl woke up, she rushed to her friends house. When she got there, she quickly went inside to find her friend sitting on his couch eating food. When he say her, he rushed to her and immediately began asking what was wrong, and she told him everything. After she was done, he got her into a bath and some new clothes, and fed her as well.
When the day was over, he let her sleep in his bed while he slept on the couch. Before she fell asleep though, she asked him something."Will you keep me safe?" She had asked, looking directly into his eyes, and he responded after a few seconds,"Yes."
However..A debate was going on in his mind..
A few days later...
After 3 days, she had given all her trust to was her key survival point now, without him, she was scared she'd get caught. She was taking a nap on his couch when he called the police, finally deciding she should be with her brother.. Despite what she had told him, he thought she was lying, and she just wanted something from him, like money or something..
When the girl woke up, she was surrounded by the police, and she instantly knew what was happening.."Y...you betrayed me..You promised you wouldn't.."She said, starting to cry and he looked at her with next to no emotion as she was forced out.
As she was returned to her brother, she saw that he was angry with her, but masking it."Oh, there you are...I was so worried about you..!"Her brother said, embracing her, and squeezing her too stayed quite, still in shock from what her best friend had done do her.
A few hours later...
Her brother slammed her onto her bed, and began to beat her."You stupid un-great full brat! I give you food and shelter and you run away when I want my repayment!" he yelled at her, and growled, and kept beating her for a solid half an hour before finally stopping."Now, i get my repayment.." he said as he loomed over her, his mouth twisted into a twisted smile.
