Chapter 0 Backstory
It started out as any other day for the three sons of Samus Aran: Jeff Aran, Connor Aran, and Blake Aran. These three may have been adopted but they are family in every way but blood but they not without their quirks. Blake is bit crazy but ironically quite the weapons enthusiast and engineer. The crazy comes from a sample of phazon that he got into he was an infant and due to said event he has the PED suit. Even though he technically corrupted he is still caring and "creative". Next Connor Aran the gun happy older brother that literally jumped into the Light suit due to the childhood fear of the dark and due to Blake the ammo for the light and dark beams became a none issue. Finally the youngest but ironically the leader of the siblings due to being the most levelheaded Jeff Aran, he has the hardest job with dealing with Connor's massive "target" practice and Blake's corruption fits he has his work cut out for him, as with the others he has his suit the Phazon suit. They all remember it took to create their suits whether it was technology from another planet or experimenting phazon creating the suits was a bitch. Their adoptive mother Samus took them on trips to planets that she has saved Tallon IV and Aether where they got the needed materials from remains of Omega Pirate and Luminoth technology. Getting the last one wasn't easy due to Samus explaining who it was for and the Luminoth took one look at Connor and wondered if this was a good idea but gave it to her because she did save their planet.
Life was good for the four of them but due to one of the run ins with Ridley, Samus had only a few more years left to live. She wanted her sons to know what she did by using recording from her visor. She showed them everything from her first misson back at Zebes to exterminating the Metroids, saving the last Metroid from the space pirates, going through emotional trauma, terminating the X Parasites, saving Tallon IV, Aether and destroying Phaaze. After all of that Jeff look at his mother with a question.
"Why did it take you so long to remember you had the spring ball?"
"…Uh I honestly forgot."
"So you basically had a blond moment." Said Connor.
"Blake hit him for me." Samus replied with a very visible tick mark on her head.
"Sure." Blake said as he hit Connor hard.
"Now what do we do since you technically have only a few months to live." Jeff said with obvious curiosity in his voice.
"Oh that's easy I'm going to train you to the bone." She said with a sadistic smile on her face.
"Oh shit." Was the collective response by all three of them.
