Hey guys! Elle again, this is my first Valvert fic and my first Les Miserables fix. So I posted this on the kinkmeme as anonymous, but then put it on Tumblr under the same name. This is just fluffy morning cuddles between Jean Valjean and Inspector Javert. Enjoy!
I don't own anything and I hope Victor Hugo is not too mad at me for borrowing his characters.
Fluffy Morning Cuddles
The first soft rays of a world that was waking and plunging itself into the sunlight danced across the bed. Tangled up in the sheets and each other, the two men slept peacefully. After several long minutes of blissful slumbering, Jean Valjean started to stir. His eyes blinked lazily open and he groaned softly as the warm light hit his face. Burying said face into the chest of his lover, Valjean sighed, content. After a short time that comprised of his blinking, bedraggled waking to the point where he could form conscious thought, the man lifted his head to stare at his partner, who was still safely tucked away in both dreamworld and Valjean's arms. Smiling softly, Valjean tipped his head up to press a feather light kiss to Javert's lips. This caused the other man to stir and murmur in his sleep, before abruptly opening his eyes and staring in confusion at Valjean. This confusion soon turned to happiness after Javert realized where he was. Kissing the top of his lover's head, Javert buried his face into Valjean's hair.
'Good morning.' he whispered sleepily into his hair.
'Good Morning to you too. Did you sleep well?'
Javert hummed his agreement as he began kissing the side of Valjean's neck. Then he clung to the man tighter and smuggled against him.
'Can we stay here all day?' Javert asked, for he was too content and comfortable to move out of the warm cocoon of love that they were nestled in. Valjean smiled and closed his eyes, breathing in the soothing scent of his lover.
'Sounds like a plan'
And that was how they remained for the rest of the day; two lovers whose hearts, souls and now limbs were intermingled with each other in a perfect world that contained their only need: Each other.
