Gentle, Tender Lover
Gutrot was humming while mixing up some chemicals in his lab that afternoon, waiting for Dana to come to the lab after she finished her shift at work.
"I think I better make some reservations to take her to dinner," he said to himself.
Just then, Dana came in, looking a bit tired. "Hey, honey," she said.
He turned to her. "Sweetheart, what happened?" he asked.
"Oh, several co-workers quit for no reason and I had to do their jobs as well as mine and it was a bit hard, but as a result, the boss gave me a bonus as it was payday today and she even gave me a week paid vacation as a thank you, which I'm grateful for, but it was a bit tiring," said Dana.
Deciding to cancel his earlier thought on taking her out to dinner, Gutrot quickly finished up his experiment and put his lab items away. "Come here, Baby," he said, his voice taking a deeper tone that would make her nerves tingle as she smiled at him.
"What do you have in mind?" she asked him.
He picked her up, holding her lovingly while giving her that look that made her go nuts and she snuggled into his hug. "You haven't been experiment with love potion again, have you?" she asked teasingly.
He stopped and leaned her back in a dancing dip, making her gasp as she held onto him. "Perhaps I have been," he said teasingly, his voice going deeper as he kissed her jaw and then lifted her up over his head.
Now very curious about his actions, she gave him a look. "Why do I get the feeling you are going to throw me for a loop and make me forget my day?"
"Because you know me too well, just as I know you too well, Baby," he said as he pulled her closer to him and he grabbed her legs in one arm while his other arm wrapped around her back and that same hand began playfully tickling her side and she grabbed his hand.
"Oh, you," she said with a smile.
"Hmm?" he hummed knowingly as he carried her to the bedroom she remembered from the first time she had come here in the rain storm and met him.
Gutrot saw she was reminiscing when she had first come here. "Thinking of me, darling?" he asked, nuzzling her shoulder with his face.
She giggled again. "You somehow stay in my mind all day," she said playfully.
"Hmm. Perhaps because you are in my mind all day too?" he asked just as playfully, making her giggle again as he walked into the spacious bedroom and lay down on the bed with her on his chest. Wondering what he was up to, she gazed at him and soon felt large hands massaging her shoulders. That made her sigh happily and lean down and kiss while he held her.
"Gutrot," she said happily as she rested her head on his chest and fell asleep.
"Dana," he said with a soft chuckle as he watched her sleep and gently tilted her head up to gently kiss her on the mouth one more time before letting sleep overtake him too, with Dana dreaming of her gentle, tender lover and Gutrot dreaming of her and how lucky he was to be hers forever.
