It was a clear and sunny day. A grand royal wedding ceremony was held in the country. No matter elder or child, male or female, noble or civilians, people all around the country wanted to catch a glimpse of Cinderella, the lucky girl chosen by the prince.
Cinderella dressed in a magnificent and elegant pure white wedding dress, wore a delicate crown, sitting in the carriage with the prince, cruised across the main road of the country. The beautiful pearls, rubies and emeralds were beset on the crown so that it was too heavy for Cinderella to straight her neck, but she had to keep her head up and waved to the public with decent smile. The large ceremonial team caused people burst of cheering and thrilled.
When the long and tedious wedding day finally came to the end, Cinderella was so tiring and sleepy. The prince held her hand and went back to the bedroom in the palace. He gently looked at Cinderella and said, "You are gorgeous today, my princess. Now you can remove the makeup and go to sleep." Cinderella nodded her head happily. After cleaning, she found out that the prince has already fallen asleep. Cinderella was still happy and thought that it was the start of her sweet and beautiful future.
However, gradually, Cinderella found out the life didn't go on as her expectation. Cinderella expected to see her husband, stay with him and talk to him all the time. But as a leader and manager of the country, the prince was very busy for working. At first, the prince felt sorry to his wife when she expressed her wishes and complained to him, and tried to comfort her and make her happy. Afterwards, the prince became tired of handling Cinderella's complaints, so he seldom went back home and communicated with her. They became a silent and alienated couple. Without knowing how to solve their problems and save her marriage, Cinderella was very upset so that she decided to walk out the palace and have a look at the outside world.
When Cinderella walked pass by a farm, she was attracted by the farmer and his wife. They were not so rich that the farmer and his wife wore sackcloth. They worked so hard in a boiling sun. But after working for a long time, they stopped and sat together to take a rest. The wife helped to massage the farmer's shoulders while the farmer was fanning her with a fan. They all looked tired but happy and satisfied. Suddenly, Cinderella came to realize that she was upset because what she really want was the accompany and love from his husband. Even though she married a man who is the ideal man millions of girls want to marry, live a rich and leisurely life, she still felt unhappy with a loving husband.
So Cinderella went back to the palace and asked for a divorce to the prince. The prince was surprised, "Are you sure, Cinderella? You are having a dream life of many many people." Cinderella insist, "Yes, I am sure. Although it's the dream life of many girls, I have to give up. I would rather marry a poor farmer who loves me, instead of a prince who doesn't love me." Finally, Cinderella left her royal life and began to chase her own happiness for herself.
