Hi, this is my first fic, so please don't be too hard on me...

To be a hero, that's everyone's dream, right? To save the world, travel the universe and maybe even saving the one they love. To fight an epic battle and win it without breaking a sweat, everyone's had a dream of an adventurous life at some point. At one time in everyone's lives, they think 'I could be a hero.'
Well, sad to say, it's not all that it's cracked up to be.
Most of the time you're just fighting; just trying to survive. Everyone's depending on you; and it's like, if you screw up once all of the worlds crash and burn. This isn't one of your video games where you can simply press reset if you mess up; in reality, as Riku once said "It's victory...or oblivion." When you're the hero, everyone expects you to make it to the top and to be the best at everything. Everyone looks to you as a pillar of strength that will never fail; it kind of feels good to know that everyone looks up to you, but at the same time you're always fearing that you'll let everyone down.
And trust me, you can't do it alone. If it weren't for Riku, Kairi, Donald, Goofy, and King Mickey on a few occasions, all of the worlds would have been screwed.
Also, if you happen to turn out to be some sort of 'hero of destiny' you can't run (trust me sometimes I felt like run as far and as fast as I could). You just have to pluck up your courage and charge right in. Oh, and for you over-courageous people out there (you know who you are) make sure you know how to fight if you're going to charge into battle.
And once you find out who you're fighting, they try to hurt you by attacking and maybe even brain-washing/kidnapping your friend(s). Your fiends are in danger if you become a hero, so keep an eye on them.
Then your main opponent keeps sending his severely annoying minions after you and they WON'T FREAKING LEAVE YOU ALONE! (If I see even one more Heartless or Dusk…)
So, if you're ever in my position remember these three things:
1. Always keep your friends close, if they're you TRUE friends they'll stick with you no matter what.
2. YOU'RE NOT INVINCIBLE! You CAN get killed, so watch out. (but that's why you have Cure)
3. If you fail, you get to see all of the worlds crash and burn!
But hey, no pressure.
