A/N: English assignment: Write a descriptive paragraph in "dark romantic style"(as seen in the 'Scarlet Letter') about a creepy person or persons.

He stepped into the crowded room, nodding in recognition of a few people as he passed; with no exception, they all turned away, avoiding the penetrating gaze that seemed to demand the revealing of their deepest secrets. He glanced around as if looking for someone; a malicious smile spreading across his clownish face as he caught sight of her. He pushed his thick glasses up his nose as he ran lustful eyes over her elegantly gowned body, appearing to memorize every inch. The roving eyes paused on the white, pearly skin showing by her neck and a look akin to hunger filled his face. She looked up, catching sight of his lascivious scrutiny and spun to grab her escort's arm, which was speedily wrapped around her protectively. The owner of the lewd stare let out a barking laugh, turning with a smug expression on his face and strutting across the room.
A/N: "She" is Rachel of course, her escort (in my head) is Finn, but you can think whoever you want. That was kind of fun. Is it sad that I hope you guys like it more than I hope my English teacher does?
