In the year 2020, deep in an era of peace. The superpowers of the world came together and drafted a project to celebrate their close ties. The Vox Humanitas, a multi-story, multi-section grand market showcasing the culture and gifts every participating country had to offer. Said to be the second coming of the famous San Fransico World's Fair. The Vox Humanitas was not only worked on by the experts of 32 countries but the prodigal students of Hope's Peak Academy as well. With this much talent supporting it's rise to glory. The construction of the Vox Humanitas, which was projected to take at least half a decade. Has recently announced it's formal opening next year, just three years from the start of its construction.

"So noisy... " A hand lashed out, smashing into the tablet playing the news into a nearby wall.
And a girl sat up amongst the darkness.
My first SYOC, strange to be on the other side of this as the author. But I'll do my best, I have a friend helping me with this so I won't go rogue at least. But yeah.
This is an AU, Hope's Peak exists in Japan but no killings ever happened. The OCs I'm taking will be Ultimates who've worked on the Vox Humanitas in some fashion. That being said, there are no real restrictions on the talents I'm accepting as long as you give a reason. Doesn't even have to be a good reason. Want to send in a musician? Say that they helped configure the acoustics of all the auditoriums of the Vox Humanitas. But try to send in some big shots if you can. Like people who are really involved in making this thing a reality.
For example, my OC is the Ultimate Arbitrator. She oversaw any possible disagreement between the countries during the entirety of the construction as a neutral entity. She is a big deal. Sent in big deals, it's more interesting this way. You can and probably should make their personality distinct from their position. As interesting a crack fic as it sounds, I don't want a death game between sixteen Byakuyas.
Also, Hope's Peak is in Japan, I like Japanese names but don't let that stop you from sending in foreign OCs. I swear I won't let my bias cloud my judgment, OCs that are accepted has to be interesting above all else.
You may have noticed that there's just an empty section for investigation and class trials. Just put any quirks you would like them to have during trials if their guilty or innocent in there. I feel like putting too many mini sections in that particular field makes the trials less fun. I and every other SYOC author out there are just writing based on perceptions of the character you sent in. But don't worry, if your character gets in I'll send you a PM with my perception based on the form you sent. And you can correct any misconceptions and we'll work on it.
Likewise, there's no motives section. An OC's weaknesses are something I'll send along with my perceptions. And you can tell me if I'm wrong or right and change it. Because the motives are something I don't want to be targeted at one specific person and every characters' going to have a few. And it seems unfair for me to force you to figure out something that I'm not even sure of yet.
You can submit up to two OCs.
There's no deadline because I don't want to wait if I already have the characters I need. It's not first come first served but I want to start as soon as I can.
Ehhh what else. Oh right, as for resubmitted OCs. I don't really have a way to find out. So at least change the name and tweak some things.
