I haven't written a story in a while and this idea came to me after reading Harry Potter fanfictions a few hours before and then talking about funny pranks with some of my friends. I should really be doing my homework that's due tomorrow but oh well. Hope you enjoy!
Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter.

Harry and his friends have been at school for about a week when Hermione noticed that Harry was acting oddly. It was currently breakfast time and he was way to jittery and excited to be normal. He kept glancing at the area where the post owls come in with a mischievous look on his face. She finally decided she had enough with his antics and asked what was up with him.
"Harry what did you do this time?" she asked with a sigh.
"Who said I did anything?" he asked in a jokingly offended voice. She rolled her eyes and gave him a pointed look. He gave a sheepish smile and opened his mouth to explain when the post owls came in and his smile grew.
"Just look at Snape and all will be explained," he told her ominously. They both looked to Snape when a cylinder package landed in front of him. Harry cooled his expression and waited with baited breath for what was about to unfold. Snape frowned before picking up the package and waving his wand over it to check for any spells placed on it. There was no sender information, only an, "Open this Side Up," label. He turned it right-side up and put his wand back where he got it.
A few of the other students that had Harry were also looking at Snape in anticipation and nudging their friends to do the same. Soon most of Gryffindor table was looking up at the oblivious teacher and the other houses were following their example.
Finally Snape pointed the lid at his face and pulled the lid off.
"POOF!"
A shocked silence filled the hall before everyone who was watching busted out laughing. Others soon followed as they looked up and saw what has become of the Potions Professor.

He had a shocked look on his face as he looked down at himself and the area around him.

Everything was covered in glitter. Harry Potter had sent the Dungeon Bat a glitter bomb.
Said cackling teen was revealing in his triumph and turned back to his friend.
"He needed a little sparkle in his life." he said with a smirk and a shrug. He then got up and left to go to his first class of the day leaving behind a flabbergasted Hermione.
I think I liked how this turned out. I love glitter bombs so I had to have Snape getting one. Feedback is always welcome and appreciated! And I hope you like the story.
