Ferris Wheel Woes

Yoshizilla-Rhedosaurus: Poor Sonic. Being with Tails is bad enough, but the stuff that follows after that...? Not good.
Sonic sighed in annoyance as he had both of his hands on his face, being forced to ride the Ferris Wheel with Tails as he shook his head, both of them being in the Carnival Night Zone.
"Why did I agree to do this instead of going fast...?" Sonic asked himself as he looked up at the night sky.
Tails giggled as he hugged Sonic. "It was a bet, remember? You had to burp louder than Amy, and she beat you easily!"
Sonic rolled his eyes as he folded his arms. "Well, I guess that's why she's called Gassy Rosie..." He mumbled under his breath.
As the Ferris Wheel continued moving slowly, suddenly the entire circus themed area began shaking as the Ferris Wheel's support beams broke off, with the Ferris Wheel itself spinning towards the eastern direction. Sonic and Tails screamed as they held onto each other, with the Ferris Wheel leaving the amusement park and landing into the river. Sonic screamed as he noticed that the carriage he was in as getting close to the water, grabbing onto Tails' arms as Tails tried spinning his tails together, only for neither of them to make it as their carriage fully sunk into the water.
Shadow and Silver watched from the top of the infamous red and white barrel of doom, laughing as they shook their heads at each other, dismissing Sonic's plight.
