Prologue
Gibbs was Abby and Ziva's father….was, until one day, 6-month old Ziva was kidnapped and was being raised by her supposed "father."
Abby was only 1 ½ years old, so she didn't remember her sister. Her mother was always out-of-town, so every minute they spent together was special. Gibbs didn't want Abby to know about Ziva, because she would ask too many questions. It would be too painful for him, so he hid all the pictures in the house that had Ziva in them. He basically had to hide all the pictures. His wife was so upset about it that she started to volunteer for more trips that kept her out-of-town. How Ziva got abducted, nobody knows...
