Hatter's POV
"I'll be back before you know it."
Her words were still ringing in my ears as I watched her fade from my sight. Alice. Her name seemed like it was being torn from my very soul as I fell to my knees. There were so many confusing emotions flowing through me I wasn't sure what to feel. All I knew as I watched her fade away was that I was loosing my other half. I had never been a coward but in that instant that is exactly what a voice inside of me was telling me I was. A Coward. I should have told her how I felt. I should have told her that I loved her. Yes, I Tarrant Hightopp aka The Mad Hatter had fallen for the beautiful blond hair brown eyed Champion of Underland and now she was gone perhaps never to return.
Mirana's POV
I watched my beloved Hatter fall to his knees as our Champion faded from sight. I knew that Alice would return for it had been foretold in the Oraculum. I also knew of Hatters' love for the young woman for it too had been foretold but I also knew that it was a destined love for they were meant to be and there would be no stopping fate. Yes Alice would return and I will once again see Tarrant's smiling face.
Mally's POV
Oh Hatter, I lamented. For even though I had always loved him he could never love me in return. No, his love belonged to that girl that Alice. I only hoped that she would return soon for I feared that if she didn't Hatter would go completely mad, and not in a good way.
