Silent tears rest upon my hands my hopes my dreams all fallen to ash. Cry as I might I begin to stand lift my head high for stance. I close my eyes and see my past the shame the horrible it was all so fast. His hand touches my own I feel his breath upon my face he tells me he loves me he tells me he cares. I feel his arms around me, a tight sought of squeeze then I know that I'm safe even if it is just a dream.
