The characters of Glee are not mine, nor do I make money with it.

Please excuse my spelling mistakes;-)

Have fun reading.

He saw her. Lying, weights derived. Her feet firmly planted slightly on the floor, her thighs spread and trembling under the joint effort. Her pelvis pressed herself hard against the bench, her belly lost in this situation at all softness, caught her breasts firmly in a sports bra, she put the weights from straight and her face relaxed.
"If you only watch you get no muscles." Grinned Sam just came out of the dressing.
"He trains just one muscle." Finn responded and pushed an elbow in his ribs.
"Shut your fucking mouths!"
Frustrated, he walked through the gym, as he went to Lauren she did not react. Why should she? Even six months ago, she had broke up with him. Out of the blue, for no real reason, two sentences and then she disappeared from his life. Just like that. Still, he wondered what he had done wrong. Nothing - there he was sure. In all the time he was faithful, had not even look towards other girls. He had never harassed. He had been rejected again and again. His only desire was to see her smile. When she smiled, she was still more beautiful.
As long as he thought about it there was no reason.
No one he showed how much she had hurt him - finally he was Noah Puckerman! And until a week ago all this was went very well. All the time Lauren had ignored him and he did his best not to think about of her too often.
But then he saw Lauren. At her locker and beside her was Tony. He had pushed a strand of hair from her face bent down and kissed her on the cheek. Instead pushing him away she giggled like a little girl. Hot anger had risen in him, he would have gone over there and yelling at Tony's face that he should keep his hands off his girl. Only Lauren was no longer his girl.
Since the day he saw her holding hands with the captain of the Ice Hockey team. It looked like she turned more and more to such a girl she was never wanted to be. Lauren never wanted to be only friend of someone. She wanted to be seen as a separate person. No appendage that was seen only at a second glance.
With him could Lauren be themselves. With him she was never just an appendage. With him on the side she was the most amazing girl at school.
Even when Lauren never wanted him holding her hand at school, took her in his arms, or just doing the things a boy and his girl did to show that they were together. Everyone knew that they were a couple and handed him her gaze, her smile, so she showed him again and again that she was his.
He missed the glow in her eyes, her open smile. When she was with Tony her eyes were dull and played with no joy, he knew it. Only he did not understand why.
Why does she seem so sad when she really should be happy?
"Can we go babe?"
Startled, he looked up. Tony standing next to Lauren and held out his hand. He hated it when someone else called her so it sounded so wrong and hurt him. For a brief moment, she turned around, their eyes met. Her dull eyes lit up for a moment, a shy but honest smile on her lips, but then went back a veil over all. For a split second he could see sadness and then she turned away from him.
He tried.
He tried so hard, but he did not understand it!
