Cloud watched lazily at the people who walked pass him in a shopping mall. He was waiting for Tifa to make up her mind in choosing which outfit she wants to buy. Many times he wanted to go home secretly but she always caught him and forced him to sit quietly like her dog.
The next day, Cloud was resting on his sofa in his room when suddenly his cell phone rang. Knowing it's Tifa who is calling, picked up the phone patiently. "Hey Cloud! Yufie just told me about a new romance movie in the theatre… Wanna come?" asked Tifa excitedly. "Sorry Tifa, not today… got a headache…" said Cloud as he hung up his cell phone without waiting for Tifa to reply. How he wished he could drop his cell phone into the lake again like he accidentally did a year ago. He looked at his room ceiling and whispered, "how I miss you, Aerith."
The next week, Tifa walked excitedly to a park to meet Cloud. Earlier that day, Cloud called her saying that he wants to meet her because he has something to tell her. "Maybe he wants to propose to me," thought Tifa to herself. After she reached her destination, she looked around for Cloud. She finally caught sight of him sitting at the fountain and approached him quickly.
Cloud saw Tifa walking towards him. He saw the excitement in Tifa's face. When Tifa was finally in front of him, he stood up and said, "I have something to tell you." "What thing do you want to tell me?" asked Tifa curiously although she does not show it. Cloud looked at her, "Let's just break up." Tifa's hopes and dream shattered like a broken glass when Cloud mentioned the "break up" word. The smiles on the face fall downward and she began to sob, "Why… Why… am I not good enough? Is it because you can't forget Aerith? Forget Aerith! She's long dead! I can replace her! I'll do anything as long as I can make you forget her!" "I'm sorry Tifa… Aerith is Aerith. No one can replace her because she's irreplaceable and I will not forget her for the rest of my life," said Cloud as he walked away leaving Tifa behind sobbing.
Sorry if the story is too short. This story is only for CloudAerith fan, not for Cloud Tifa fan... Maybe I'm a little bit harsh... hahahaha
