Notes: This was written because of all the strange 'American' names in Death Note: Another Note.
My name is BB—short for Beyond Birthday, which isn't my real name, as far as I know. Later, I was called B or Backup.
I can't remember my old name after taking Beyond Birthday. But I think it started with a B.
Anyway, I know that it has been a mystery as to why I picked the initials B.B and Q.Q. Well, frankly, it's because it all flows with Bs, everyone knows that, but there is another very unknown reason…
It all started that day, I was playing around on the computer, looking for the perfect victim for the Unsolvable case.
I stumbled across this by accident—the name Believe Bridesmaid came up in one of my searches. Honestly, I thought it was a wedding store. Then I realized that it was actually a real person. It was a guy, as well. Who names their male kid Believe?
I then remembered my next thought: What the hell?
Then the next: How dare someone have a name more eccentric then mine.
HOW DARE—
Anyway. It was set. He needed to die.
This was about the time where I made the Initials scheme.
It didn't take long to find other names in the area. It took some rooting, lots of typing, but I eventually found Quarter Queen and Backyard Bottomslash, who I later realized was actually female. Damn, I wanted to go with the boy, girl, boy method…
Still, her name was too perfect to pass up.
I had a feeling I would find others in the nearby towns.
And I was right. Later I found Blues-harp Babysplit and Blackberry Brown. The latter being the most normal name out of the collection.
So now, you know the other part of the reason.
I had to kill these people because their names surpassed mine.
