The sixth day of Christmas

"Now you have to kiss each other!"

"No they don't!"

"Yes they do, Jack, it's mistletoe."

"Easy for you to say, Solo. The girl you…"

"What were you about to say, Jack…?"

"…Nothing. Never mind. You two can kiss; I don't care."

Tsukasa chuckled.

"I think they're cute!" he proclaimed, as he watched his best friend and class president standing under the sprig of greenery and blushing.

"You were the one who tricked them into standing there, Tsukasa." Jack grumbled. He had been tricked into going to this party in the first place; he didn't want to see the girl he had a covert crush on kissing the guy she liked.

The boy glanced over at the other boy who had been blackmailed into attending. He didn't have Jack's problem apparently; at least if the way he was holding Misora was any indication. Jack griped once more and looked at the couple out of the corner of his eye. Luna and Subaru had leaned in towards each other and shared a kiss that lasted longer than Jack thought would be strictly necessary. To his right, Tsukasa clasped his hands together and smiled at the two.

Jack rolled his eyes and walked off to where the presents were piled. He smiled slightly, and grabbed a couple of presents and switched the tags.

There.

An evil smirk grew on his face as he continued the switch the tags on the presents. Maybe this party wouldn't be so bad after all…
