I Swear
I wonder what he's thinking right now. He's usually so easy to read, it's strange to see his eyes so shuttered. We've only known each other for a short time. A few years, but how long is that really in the grand scheme of things. A few years to us could be many to others or still just a day. Time almost has no meaning here, in these places.
He carries much more on his shoulders now then he ever has. Strange that I used to think him so weak, and now even when he flinches at the slightest touch from others I think him stronger then anyone I have ever known. There are depths to Bobby Pendragon we'll never know. But I want to, just like all the others, maybe more. Such is the power he's always had over others, to make them like him, to make them love him.
He hates more now, a crushing soul shattering hate. Sometimes it scares even me when I look into his eyes. He hates Saint Dane on a level none of us will ever reach. I think, just like every territory has a 'turning point', Saint Dane was Pendragon's turning point. From the first time and every other time they have faced off. It's Pendragon's task to stop him, not mine or his uncle or anyone else, just his.
I will not be able to protect him forever. As much as I have come to wish I could, it is not meant to be. Though I swear by all of Halla I will continue to try, till I am no longer among the living. After all we've only known each other for a short time. But time has no meaning here, in these places, not for us.
...End...

Authors Note - Hey that was meant to be from Loor's point of view but can really be seen as anyone I guess.
