Based on last night's episode 2X09 "Sad Professor"- Contains spoilers
So after seeing Auggie's reaction to learning about "Dr. Scott" I HAD to write something. Just a one-shot on Auggie's feelings. Hope you like it!
"We're just in the middle of our busy season" Auggie explained as he and Annie's sister, Danielle Brooks, walked outside-cups of coffee in hand.
"Well she's always in the middle of a busy season!" Danielle exclaimed. Auggie chuckled at her outburst. Danielle clearly cared for Annie very much; he could definitely picture her attempting to tail Annie to work.
"Do you know she cancelled on Scott three times last week?" Danielle continued loudly. Auggie furrowed his brow, slightly confused, turning his head towards Danielle.
"Scott, the doctor she's been seeing" Danielle continued as if she was casually jogging his memory.
Auggie's face took on an unreadable expression.
"Oh right, Dr. Scott" Auggie replied half smiling, as if he knew who this "" was.
"There's a table, do you wanna sit down?" Danielle asked.
"Sure" he replied. But Auggie was only half paying attention. Annie had been seeing someone? Not just that but Annie had been seeing someone and hadn't told him. An uneasy feeling gnawed at him. He was all of a sudden annoyed by this Doctor, which was ridiculous because he had never even met the man. What bothered him more was that Annie had never mentioned him either.

Auggie and Annie walked through the bullpen, discussing the predicament of divulging Annie's real job to Danielle. Auggie, having been in the same position once counseled her as best he could.
"Thanks, see you in the morning" Annie patted Auggie's arm before she turned to leave.
"Oh hey Walker? One more thing" Auggie knew it was probably idiotic of him, but he had to ask.
"Yeah?" Annie turned back.
"When were you gonna tell me about Dr. Scott?"
Annie tilted her head slightly and Auggie heard the smile in her voice as she replied, "Sorry, those details are need to know". Auggie smiled and nodded slightly. As he listened to Annie's heels click away, he leaned back on the desk. Her teasing answer did make him laugh and yet…he felt like he did need to know. He needed to know who Dr. Scott was and when Annie had started dating him. The curiosity just wouldn't leave him alone.
'Curiosity or jealousy maybe' a small voice in the back of his mind teased. Auggie shook his head as if he could escape the thought. He wasn't jealous, I mean they were best friend, was it so wrong to want to know what was going on in her life?
Pushing off the desk Auggie continued to think to himself; besides he had already asked her and gotten his answer. It was done. Augggie headed to the Tech Ops area and sat down at his computer.
Although…it couldn't hurt to look this "Dr. Scott" guy up, had to make sure he checked out, for Annie's sake of course.
