This is only a small chapter to introduce you to the story. Enjoy!
Emma kicked her impossibly high heels off and sighed in relief. Today had been another long, boring day at the office with killian Jones annoying the hell out of her. She didn't know why they employed him because he didn't work, all he seemed to do was make her want to punch him. It was extra irritating because he really was good looking, that scruff, blue eyes, dark hair. . . It was a shame that it was all ruined by his personality. Her friends, Ruby and Mary Margaret insisted that she had had a crush on him and she denied it time and time again, and she didn't like him, not in the slightest. He was way too cocky, not her type in the slightest
Killian sat down with a sigh. It had been a horrible day with him trying to impress Emma Swan, and failing. He was in awe of her, blonde curly hair, glittering emerald eyes, legs that go on for days, only enhanced by her sky high stilettos. He always managed to impress other girls, he didn't know why, they always seemed to flutter around him continually. But Emma Swan was not like other girls. He lay in his bed thinking about her. He would have to try another tactic to get her to notice him. He would be nice, polite and helpful to her, not try to impress her with his charm.
K&E
"Hey, Jones, can you have that report on my desk by Friday?" She asked, leaning round the door of his office, expecting a remark about how clever he was, or something.
"Sure thing, Swan." He said looking up from his computer to look at her.
"What, no clever, witty remark?"
"I'm a reformed character, darling, from this day forward I will not annoy you at all."
She raised an eyebrow amused. "Well, let's see how well that turns out," going back to her desk.
