Introduction
Clara died several years after losing Danny. Jack was with her the whole time. Even when she used the last of her strength to revive all the Doctor's old companions. Now she comes to help in dream conferences with Madam Vastra, Jenny, and Strax who with Jack are holding her secret…
Chapter .1.
"Madam Vastra it is the last thing I can do. Is to give them back to the Doctor. You know I haven't got much life left. This is the last thing I can do. With the help of the TARDIS I can bring the companions back and they will be immortal. The TARDIS is here so is the Doctor somewhere in danger. You find the Doctor and I will get his companions", Clara says
"How do you feel about this Jack?" Madam Vastra asks
"It is her time. I can't hold her back any longer. I have known from the start I am only second fiddle to a dead man. She needs to be with those she lost", Jack says squeezing Clara's hand
"You must not tell the Doctor or his companions what I did. It must remain a secret. Until the day the Doctor finds out HIMSELF about my death", Clara says
"It will be as you wish Clara. You remember the conference call?" Madam Vastra asks
"Yes why?" Clara asks
"Well it can also reach people in heaven. Do we have your consent to pull you from heaven for these conferences as your knowledge from all your lives will be of big help to us", Madam Vastra says
"I can give you that. If you keep my secrets", Clara says
"We will. When will you start?" Madam Vastra asks
"Now. You rescue the Doctor and I'll do his companions", Clara says
Clara walks out with Jack they go to the TARDIS.
"So who first?" Jack asks
"Sarah Jane Smith", Clara says tapping away at the keys of the TARDIS
The TARDIS hums and moves.
"We are here", Clara says
"Ok how do we get her?" Jack asks
"The heart of the TARDIS is within me. All I have to do is touch her to knock her out and make her immortal", Clara says
"Then lets do it", Jack says opening the doors of the TARDIS
Clara knocks of Sarah Jane's door. As soon as Sarah Jane opens the door Clara touches Sarah Jane and she collapses.
"One down", Jack says picking Sarah Jane up and putting her on one of the beds
They continue like this. Also Clara fixing Donna up to cope with a Time Lord brain. Clara and Jack push through to the parallel world. They pick up Rose, John, Jackie, Pete and Tony. They are soon back at Madam Vastra's where Jack was instructed to put everyone in rooms in her house. The Doctor had been saved by Madam Vastra, Jenny and Strax but he was unconscious.
"The time is nearing. I have one last person to rescue", Clara says
"Aren't you going to say goodbye to the Doctor?" Jenny asks
"No. No goodbyes. After how we left them last time. I am done until he realises just how important the people he brings into his life are to him and what it does to them when he leaves them", Clara says
"We wish you well Clara Oswald the Impossible Girl", Madam Vastra says
"Thank you Madam for all your help. No matter how angry I am at the Doctor look after him", Clara says
"I will Clara. You have my word", Madam Vastra says
"I will see you in one of those dream conferences", Clara says backing up to the TARDIS
"Yes you will. Good luck", Madam Vastra says
Jack was waiting for her.
"So the Library?" Jack asks softly
"Yes", Clara says just as soft pulling the lever to send them to the library
They walk out of the TARDIS is silence and down to were River Song met her death.
"I am going to bring Charlotte Lux out of the data core too with River. But as you know that requires a sacrifice", Clara says turning to Jack
"Only one that you can give", Jack says softly
"I love you Jack and our children. But after the loss of our baby boy I can't do this anymore. But you will be a brilliant Dad. But I can't fight the pain anymore Jack. The cancer has eaten away most of my body. It is time to sacrifice it to the right course", Clara says
"I will miss you", Jack says
"I will always be watching. I may be back with Danny, my Mum, my Dad, my Baby and Gran but I still will be with you even if you can't see me. Anyway you can always ask Madam Vastra for one of those candles for conferences. I will always come", Clara says
"One last kiss?" Jack asks
"One last kiss", Clara says as their lips met
They kiss goodbye and hug.
"Remember the TARDIS will take you, Charlotte and River back to Madam Vastra's. It is also set for Earth. Those two pre-programed places", Clara says going over to the console and her hand was ready, "Ready?"
"Ready. I am sorry Clara", Jack says
"Don't be I had a good life. Now it is time for me to move on", Clara says putting her hand on the touch pad
"Who do you wish to upload?" the computer asks
"Charlotte Lux and River Song. I will be the sacrifice", Clara says clearly
"Sacrifice accepted. Uploading of Charlotte Lux and River Song commencing", the computer says
Clara beings to shake but Jack knows not to touch her. Two people start to appear on the floor as Clara beings to fade from life.
"Keep your promise Jack. I love you", Clara says
"I will. I love you Clara", Jack says as Clara completely disappears leaving her body behind and as Charlotte Lux and River Song lie unconscious on the ground
Jack checks the computer and Clara had been right the computer didn't take her it killed her. Jack closes his eyes and takes a deep breath before carrying one by one into the TARDIS. He holds Clara's dead body tightly. After what seemed like forever he let her go and took the TARDIS to Madam Vastra's house.
Once River and Charlotte where made comfortable. Jack told Madam Vastra and Jenny that he will be sorting out a funeral for Clara within the next couple of days and that he would come and get them. They said they would be there. Jack with his Vortex Manipulator landed at Torchwood. With the help of both Torchwood and U.N.I.T Clara's death was an 'official' as cancer that killed her. Only a secret few at Torchwood and U.N.I.T knew about Clara's sacrifice.
Jack stood with his four children, Madam Vastra, Jenny, Kate and a number of other people to say goodbye to Clara.
Each said how they would miss her. But she was in a better place now. After the service Jack took Madam Vastra and Jenny home to wait on everyone to wake up. And Jack went back to his present to raise his children. But he said to them if they ever needed him just send him a message on his telepathic paper and he would be there.
Soon Madam Vastra would have her hands full and would need Jack's help…
