Hi guys, Ren here! I know, I know, I should be updating "Dawn", but it was painful writing the next chapter. I cried and cried for hours trying to write it because I was imagining all of it and it triggered my claustrophobia too. Thankfully my boyfriend Kaito was there to cradle me and kiss my fears away ^*^

Dawn was getting too dramatic for me so I wrote this one in an hour WOW WHAT AN ACHIEVEMENT FOR ME! \(^0^)/ Let us all celebrate this wonderful thing on earth called AKAKURO! :3

Warning: OOCness, MPREG, and a pointless plot. HOORAY!

It was a freezing December night. A teal-haired man was sitting on the couch at three in the morning with a novel in his hands. His pale hands alternated between turning the pages of the book and stroking his bulging stomach; both actions bringing him comfort and peace of mind. As he reached the last page, he stared into space for a moment, digested the ending of the book, and gently tossed it to the coffee table beside him. Internally debating with himself whether the book was good or not made him hungry, and carefully, he got up to go to the kitchen.

Pregnancy certainly has its pros and cons. Akashi Tetsuya, the shadow of the infamous Generation of Miracles, was pregnant with his and his former captain's first child. After years of being together, they had married right after college despite the protests of Seijuurou's father and his own family. Only his grandmother had approved of their relationship, and she encouraged them to start their own family. Which they did, and after two years of marriage, their first baby arrived. All of their friends—the Rakuzan and Seirin team, and of course Team Vorpal Swords—had all been ecstatic when they announced it. He still couldn't forget the happiness brought by the baby shower Momoi-san arranged a month ago.

Reaching the refrigerator, he rummaged its contents to find what his taste buds were craving for. At seven months, his tummy had grown so big that he couldn't even see his feet anymore. He hated his mood swings, his sudden sharp sense of smell that got sensitive with practically anything and made him gag every now and then, and worse of all, the morning sickness that didn't just apply to mornings anymore. A perfect example of it was when he woke up earlier in the middle of the night feeling nauseous, and moments later ended in throwing up at the bathroom. He couldn't go back to sleep anymore, so he decided to finish that novel he was reading in an attempt to fall asleep. But instead of making him sleepy, the novel made him hungry.

"Stupid pregnancy," he muttered to himself, though he didn't really mean it. "You better be worth all these pain." He talked to his baby, a feat that he had always liked doing, though he wasn't really sure if the baby understood. Now and then the baby would kick as a response, so he guessed it was a form of communication, though sometimes it was a little painful. Sometimes he thought the baby was entering the Zone and moved a little too harshly inside his tummy.

"Ugh." He grunted as he slammed the freezer door shut. He rubbed his back, trying to soothe the ache. He couldn't find what he wanted in the cold machine, and he almost wanted to cry. Yes, it was stupid, but he could always blame the hormones. He wanted it right now, and his husband would have to do whatever it takes to give it to him. After all, it was his sperm cell that was causing all of his misery right now. He really craved for it, and if it wasn't given to him right now he was going to call all of the Generation of Miracles and even Kagami-kun, and he shall Phantom Shoot all of them in the basketball ring at the backyard.

The phantom sixth man trudged upstairs slowly and went to their bedroom with the intention of waking up his husband. He paused at the edge of the bed, contemplating how he would make his desire known to the redhead. Staring at his dear husband's peaceful sleeping face made Tetsuya a little guilty for doing this, but his desire for his cravings were growing stronger each second.

The teal head slid under the blanket and snaked his arms around the red head's waist. Though the formidable captain, now a successful businessman, wasn't a heavy sleeper, Tetsuya's action went unnoticed, as the "emperor" wasn't disturbed in his sleep. He must have been really tired, Tetsuya thought, since his husband had come home late last night from a business meeting. The teal head sighed dejectedly, and decided that he'd just try to go back to sleep. Maybe the craving will go away. He snuggled in closer, leaning onto his husband's firm chest, and tried to lull himself to sleep through mimicking Seijuurou's even breathing pattern.

After thirty minutes of nothing, Tetsuya grunted in annoyance. He realized that he didn't feel tired at all, and this was probably because he had slept all day yesterday. He concluded that he'd really wake up Seijuurou even if he'll get angry at him. If he didn't wake up, he'll just cut the captain's hair into a Mohawk style using his husband's own precious scissors.

Red and gold eyes fluttered open reflexively as the poking in his shoulder grew annoying, and he groaned softly. The former captain of Rakuzan complained in his mind. Not again, he groaned inwardly. Lately his lovely husband's pregnancy tendencies had been more and more eccentric, and it wasn't easy to satisfy all of his wants and needs. Like when he wanted him to go out and buy a Maji burger in the middle of a snowstorm. Or when he made several trips back and forth to the book store when Tetsuya complained that he didn't have anything to read (though he was sure the library he gave him had 1104 books, but he didn't argue with Tetsuya. Everyone knows what would happen when you anger Tetsuya). Or when he ran out of the conference room in the middle of an important meeting, panicking when a crying Tetsuya called him, only to find out that he had been watching Ano Hana at that time and wanted Seijuurou to cuddle him. He did have second thoughts about his promise that he'd do anything and everything for him after he learned he was pregnant, because clearly his husband took the promise to the word seriously. Not that he wasn't happy though. Every day Tetsuya had been more beautiful basking in his pregnancy glow.

"What is it Tetsuya?" He asked as he blinked his sleep away. He saw the way his husband's beautiful sky blue orbs reflected a great need, and guessed that he wanted that again. His mind was thinking steps ahead, remembering where he had stocked it and realizing in horror that he'd have to refill the supply once again. He was fairly sure it had only been a week ago since he bought tons of it in the supermarket. The world could not blame him if one day, this flavor disappears from the entire selection of grocery stores. Damn this pregnancy cravings.

"Sei…" The tealhead whined and put his husband's face between his hands. That way he can just Ignite Pass Kai his face if ever the redhead would refuse. "I want vanilla milkshake."

Seijuurou expected it, but still groaned exasperatedly. He couldn't believe the fact that Tetsuya had woken him up at 3:30 in the morning in this cold weather, for a freaking milkshake. Did he not know how hard it is to get up from bed in this ungodly hour? Did he not know how freezing this weather was? Did he not know how much sugar that drink contains?

"Pardon me?"

Tetsuya pouted angrily. He knew Seijuurou heard him, but was stubbornly trying to pretend he didn't. If he didn't love this man, he would have already burned all of his Shogi boards in front of him and laughed manically like that evil Hanamiya already. As if reading his mind, Tetsuya replied. "I know it's only three in the morning, and I know it's below thirty degrees outside, and I know it's unhealthy, but I'm really, really craving for it. These hormones won't let me sleep in peace." He pleaded solemnly. His eyes were tearing up, but of course it was only for show. Vanilla milkshakes could make him win the Oscars if he wanted to.

Seijuurou sighed. Tetsuya could really be persuasive when he put his mind into it. But he wasn't called "The Emperor" for nothing. He'd resist for a little more while, and maybe Tetsuya would give up (though he was sure he wouldn't. Tetsuya was stubborn that way, and as much as he loved his teal-haired husband, he hoped that trait wouldn't be passed on to their child.) Heh, it was interesting to see at what lengths Tetsuya would go for a simple milkshake.

When it was clear that Seijuurou wouldn't budge with his acting skills (he had to commend his husband for trying to resist. People usually gave in with just a pout from him. But he wouldn't give up), he decided to add that special weapon into his already watery eyes. It was a fact that the redhead hated losing more than anything else, so seeing him succumb to his wants always pleased Tetsuya. It was fun knowing that the high and mighty emperor can bend to his will with a little persuasion.

"Please, Sei?" Tetsuya sweetly asked, his puppy eyes almost overwhelming Seijuurou. It seemed like his husband glowed brightly, birds were singing sweetly in the background, and tiny bunnies hopped softly on his stomach. The redhead felt his cheeks warm up, and he tried to deny to himself that he was losing hold of his sanity at the cuteness his husband was displaying. Tetsuya bit his lips sadly, and Seijuurou's brain exploded. What have he done to be tormented like this?

"Alright, alright. I'm getting up." Reluctantly, he threw the blankets to the side and helped his husband get up. Though he wanted to get angry at Tetsuya for pulling a cheap trick like that, he couldn't help but feel warm at the wide smile his husband was showing him. With a disarming smile like that, he'd give anything Tetsuya wanted. If he wanted him to get all the milkshakes in the world, or ask Stephenie Meyer to write another book for Twilight, or even force all the anime studios to finish Slam Dunk's manga ending, he will do it. It's a little bit frustrating how Tetsuya had that power over him, and how he didn't look guilty using this power. He really had him wrapped around his little finger. If anyone had discovered this, his whole fearsome reputation would spiral downwards faster than a meteor falling down on earth.

After he made Tetsuya sit in the sofa, Seijuurou proceeded to the kitchen get the blender and the ingredients. Tetsuya was happily humming "My milkshake brings all the boys to the yard and damn right, it's better than yours" at the living room, making a mental note to reward his husband by cooking tofu soup. Minutes later, his husband arrived with the heavenly drink, and he could not contain his glee. The drink made a Vanishing Drive from Seijuurou's hand to Tetsuya's hand, and the redhead's Emperor Eyes could only watch helplessly as his husband happily slurped the damn drink.

As he sipped his coffee, Seijuurou couldn't help but fall in love at his husband's blissful smile. He'd be willing to forget all the hardships his husband was putting him through to see that smile. He was a lucky man to have Tetsuya as his husband and the bearer of all his children, and he realized that he'd still do anything and everything, no matter how hard and impossible, to wake up and fall asleep in Tetsuya's smile. He really does love this man so much.

"Arigato, Sei." The tealhead kissed him in the cheek, and it was enough to bring a small smile to the redhead's face. Tetsuya held his husband's hand and placed it on his stomach. "Feel that? I think the baby likes vanilla milkshakes, too."

Though it was miraculously overwhelming feeling the baby move inside Tetsuya's tummy, Seijuurou had to groan inwardly. It was then that his gifted heterochromatic eyes foresaw his own miserable future, when two of his most loved persons in the whole world would make him a slave for their selfish milkshake desires, and that he, the great and powerful Akashi Seijuurou, for once in his life, can't really do anything about it.

Fin~
