Introduction
Clara and the 12th Doctor have parted ways both lying to each other. Clara was going to tell the Doctor she was pregnant. Who will be there for her to lean on now? It is Jack he finds Clara and they slowly fall in love. Now years later the Earth is in crisis. Will the Doctor met up with Clara again before it is too late?
Prologue
Clara Oswald watched the TARDIS disappear which was probably for the last time. She fell on her knees and cried tears of loss and pain.
"Miss are you alright?" a voice asks
"Just leave me alone. I have lost everything", Clara says
"What is your name?" the voice asks
"Clara Oswald", Clara says
"I heard of you. You travelled with the Doc. I am Captain Jack Harkness", Jack says
"I don't travel with the Doctor anymore. He found his home planet", Clara says
"And I know you lost your boyfriend. Come let me take you home", Jack says nicely
"Can't too many memories", Clara says
"Mine will do then. Nothing more then a shoulder to cry on", Jack says picking Clara up before she could protest
Over the days Clara got better with Jack. She told him about her pregnancy. He said he would help in any way he can. Not once was the Doctor mentioned. Over the course of the weeks Clara would be seen going to work with Jack at Torchwood helping out where she could. Jack also introduced her to Martha and Mickey. Soon they were all close friends. Even if Martha and Mickey worked for U.N.I.T. Sarah Jane would also stop by the help.
One night a ship crashed into Jack's back yard. Jack told Clara to stay behind him. A woman came out with blonde hair.
"Sorry about that", she says
"Who are you?" Jack asks
"Jenny. I am looking for a Clara Oswald", Jenny asks
"That is me", Clara says
"Well this is hard to say but your my mother", Jenny says
They sit at the table and discuss it apparently one of Clara's echo's was Jenny's mother and since Clara was the original it made Clara her mother. Jenny said the machine she was created by took Clara's DNA first and didn't find a match so held it till the Doctor came along and the DNA fit together like a puzzle creating her. Clara said to Jenny with Jack's permission she was allowed to stay and that it would take time for Clara to consider Jenny her daughter. Jenny said that was alright.
Clara started to feel a little less depressed. The feeling of becoming a mother was cheering her up after she learnt it was going to be a boy. Clara also found herself falling slowly in love with Jack. Who was with her every step of the way. Even when she was curses him when she was in labour. Soon little Danny Dave Pink was welcomed into the world.
By this time Clara had accepted Jenny as her daughter. Jenny was thrilled to have a baby brother. Soon after leaving the hospital with baby Danny. Jack and Clara had a talk about their feelings. They soon found out they both liked each other move then friends. So they decided to take it slow.
Jenny worked for Torchwood now after landing on her Mothers doorstep. She and Jack got on really well. It was a surprise when Donna Noble-Temple showed up and demanded to see Jack about the Doctor. After finding everything out Donna immediately took Clara's side. And told Jack if he ever hurt her as badly as she been hurt then he would have her to answer too.
As time went by Jack finally proposed to Clara. Which she accepted. Wedding plans were made. And Clara felt herself looking at the forbidden number on her phone. If she truly was going to do this it was time to let go of that part of her life. So with one last tear she swore never to shed again deleted the TARDIS number in her phone. She told herself fresh start.
The wedding was beautiful. All Torchwood and U.N.I.T members and family where there. Dave Oswald proudly handed his daughter to her future husband. Saying he was so proud of her. Her bridesmaids where Martha, Donna, Gwen and Angie. Her maid of honour was Jenny. As they said their vows Jack swore to take Danny and Jenny in as his own children and treat them as his own. Jenny already accepted Jack as a father. After all her real father but her and her mother through. She had taken a side and it was her mother's which meant a great deal to Clara. Jenny told Clara before the wedding that the Doctor didn't really think of her as a daughter anyway it was only Donna and Martha pushing that made him say it. Not from his heart. So Jenny promised to stay around she was a Time Lady but she would stay and lead a human life. Saving the people from aliens.
A year after the wedding Jack and Clara welcomed their twin girls into the world. Ellie Martha Harkness and Serenity Donna Harkness.
Years went on with still no contact from the Doctor. But now Earth was in danger it was stuck in a battle zone. None knew if the Doctor would help them. Some had given up hope or had lost hope long ago. But a little voice said that he would return. But when? When the earth was just a kill field or before and save them? That was the question that a lot of people asked. Would they get the answer?
