They all loved the ocean, some for different reasons.

The ocean

She loved to lie out near ocean, waiting for a perfect tan. Her eyes, the same color of the ocean, yet something was still different, something was wrong. She loved to put her feet in the ocean, careful to not get too wet. The ocean gave her a sense of comfort, the same feeling she got watching him.

The ocean

She loved to surf on the ocean, feeling the wind flow through her hair. She got the same feeling as she skateboarded near the ocean. Her eyes, as deep as the ocean, her heart, as free as the wind. She loved getting wet, the feeling of a five year old ran through her heart. She grew up on the beach, watching the ocean scenery. It gave her a sense of home, the same feeling she got when she watched him.

The ocean

Though he did not go to the ocean too many times, he cherished the moments where he actually did. He loved seeing fans go up to him and ask him for his autograph. It made him feel loved, admired. He got the same feeling as he watched her. He would watch the waves go up and down, and even at his worst times, they found a way to comfort him.

Her eyes stung, with practically the same salt water as the ocean, tear threatening to fall out.

"Why? Why can't you look at me the same way you look at her?" she says as the tears start to fall out, at first one by one, but she can't handle it anymore, and starts to sob.

"I, I don't know. I'm sorry, really I am. I didn't mean for this to happen. I didn't mean to fall in love with her. It's not your fault, it's not mine either. We just aren't meant to be," he whispers, stroking her hair as she continues to look down.

"Then whose fault is it? Is it hers?" she cries out, finally looking up, but not yet able to look her in the eye.

"It's nobody's fault. We just aren't meant to be," he repeats, more firmly than before, as he gets up to leave.

"Wait," she says as he turns around.

"What?" he asks.

"Maybe this can still work, maybe, just maybe you don't love her as much as you think." She whispers with hope.

"I'm sorry, but I know that I love her way too much to ever see her in someone else's arms." With that he leaves, leaving a confused, angry, and most of all, broken heart sitting in the ocean with only her feet in there.

Disclaimer: I do not own this!

I'm not going to explain this, because I already explained this before. But if you guys want me to write a one-shot, or maybe a full story, about a couple, all you have to do is state the pairing. Like" Hi, I loved this. Can you write a story/Ones-shot about Nilly?" And I will. And to ForeverV, this was for you. I know you said you wanted a longer one, was this long enough? If not, I am working on another one about Nilly but it's not in the same format. Please read my "Eyes" and "Secretly in love with a Skatergurl" and review.
