Aragorn vs. Legolas

A/N: This is a one shot. The idea came to me while visiting I was in their gallery looking at chibi forms of these two fighting.

"Legolas I need my sword," said chibi Aragorn, as he came charging up the hill.

"No mine," chibi Legolas said, turning away from him. Aragorn grabbed the hilt of his sword and pulled, trying to get it from Legolas's grasp. Legolas pulled back on the blade, surprisingly not getting cut by it.

"Legolas, let go! I need my sword," Aragorn yelled, in his cute chibi voice.

"Must… ogle… reflection," Legolas said, as he strained to get the sword back.

"Legolas! Frodo's in trouble!"

"No, must… ogle… reflection."

"Legolas! Let go or the orcs will get the ring!"

"Don't care! Must… ogle… reflection!"

Sam came running up the hill.

"Aragorn, hurry! The orcs are chasing Frodo through the forest!" Sam squeaked.

"Legolas won't let go! Legolas let go I need to help Frodo!" Aragorn said.

"No, mine!"

Sam ran back down through the edge of the river and came back with a handful of mud.

"Here try this," he said and threw the mud at Legolas's face. The mud splattered all over his face and the new clothes Lady Galadriel had given him. Legolas suddenly let go of Aragorn's sword and dropped to the ground crying. Aragorn didn't pay any attention and ran off to help Frodo, leaving Sam behind to take care of Legolas.

"Evil, mean, bastard Man!" Legolas yelled after him.

"I'm sure you don't mean that," Sam said soothingly.

"Yes I do, fat stupid hobbit," Legolas screeched, the last was said in a chibi Gollum voice.

"Here. Come down to the river and ogle your reflection," Sam said, leading Legolas to the edge of the river.

"It's all bumpy and wavy, I can see myself clearly," Legolas whined. A lightbulb appeared above Sam's head.

"Here! Use my sword!"

"It's all foggy and varnished," Legolas said handing it back with all signs of distaste. Sam sat down thinking hard, question marks above his head. A lightbulb appeared above his head once more.

"Here use my specially made elfish, mithril reflective object," Sam said.

"Ooh, pretty," Legolas said as if in a trance. He sat down on a rock by the water, forgetting all about Aragorn's sword.

"I guess things made of mithril work best on him," Sam said shrugging.
