A/N- This is a Takari, and also my first fanfic ever, in which Kari dumps Takeru and Dasuke, actually helps them get back together again...

Daisuke Montoyima walked down the street, kicking a rock. He had problems... love problems... It was Hikari again...

On the other side of the street, a boy named Takeru Ishida looked out the window. Just a few minutes earlier, his girlfriend, Hikari ******* had dumped him (A/N- Yes, in this story Hikari and Takeru are boyfriend and girlfriend...). Instead, she now liked that stupid Daisuke Montoyima... Also, she was being kinda mean... When he asked her why she liked Daisuke now, she simply said,"I have better taste in guys now." What is it that I lack and Daisuke has? he had wondered to himself.

Hikari, meanwhile, was feeling really bad. She had been really rude to Takeru and now felt sorry for him... But then again... He had no business poking into her love life... He's your boyfriend, she reminded herself. Anyhow, that just made her feel worse...

The next day, Daisuke was again desperately trying to get Hikari's attention during class (as usual...). To his surprise, she actually responded, instead of looking the other way at Takeru.

"What's up with you and Hikari?" he asked Takeru, a bit suspiciously.

"She dumped me," the blond-headed boy said glumly.

"Oh..." It wasn't that Daisuke felt very sorry for Takeru, but if he had been Hikari's boyfriend and he had been dumped, well, you know... By the time he had muddled his way through first period, he had made up his mind to help Takeru and Hikari to get together again
