In the well knowed region of Kanto, lies Pallet Town: a quiet little town where pure white beginning's happen with. And in this town was the home to a young boy who was looking from his hometown while lying on a nearby tree.
He had spiky black hair, zig zag scars across his face, brown eyes, wore a blue open vest with a black shirt inside, jeans and black shoes. Next to him was a red and white cap with a green Pokéball logo on the front.
This was Ash Ketchum and it had been a few years since he began his Pokemon journey. He sighs. "Sure is nice to finally be back home."
"Pika Pika." Ash looks to see a yellow mouse like creature with a lightning bolt tail resting on a branch above him.
This was a Pikachu, Ash's very first Pokemon and his main partner.
He smiles looking the mouse. "Missed Pallet Town too huh?"
"Pikachu." He nods.
He hops down next to Ash and lies down on the boy's chest. Ash pets Pikachu, causing him to squeak in a cute manner. "We sure have went through alot of tough and crazy times, to get here."
"Pika Pika." Pikachu nods.
When Ash started his journey he started at a very rocky start. Pikachu had refused to listen to him and was chased through a rainstorm by a flock of angry Spearow.
This had led to Ash willing to take the entire flock on and probably be killed just to save Pikachu from dying. Shocked at how courageous and kind this human was to him, Pikachu saved himself and the boy by letting out with huge Thunderbolt, which scared off the flock.
When the flock flew away Ash and Pikachu encountered the legendary Pokemon Ho-Oh and was given one of Ho-Oh's rainbow feathers. With his new feather Ash and Pikachu set out to become the Rainbow Warrior. Along the way Ash captured a Caterpie and a Charmander that had been abandoned by its original trainer.
Ash even befriended two natives from Sinnoh, Sorrel and Verity, who they travelled with him wanting to find Ho-oh as well after hearing about Ash obtaining the Rainbow Wing.
He also met a rival from Alola, Cross who was Charmander's original trainer. During their travels Ash's Caterpie evolved into Butterfree, but in the end Ash let him go so Butterfree could follow the migration and it was one of the hardest things he's ever done.
Eventually Ash, Verity and Sorrel had heard about how Ho-Oh was said to be at the top of Mount Tensei. As they climbed it Ash faced off against Cross and his Incineroar who wanted Ash's Rainbow Feather, but Ash and his newly evolved Charizard defeated them.
But that didn't stop Cross, he stole the feather from Ash, and tries to summon Ho-oh..but it didn't happen. Because of Cross's greed, a gray, bipedal Pokémon by the name of Marshadow appeared and has used it dark powers to make all wild Pokemon around him evil.
During the battle the wild Pokemon fired their attacks forcing Ash to return Pikachu to his Pokeball as the attack turning him into pure energy and is almost destroyed until he was saved through Ho-Oh's power when Ash sacrificed himself to save Pikachu. When Ash uses the Rainbow Wing Ho-Oh appears and using Pikachu they faced off against the legendary Pokemon.
Soon Ho-oh flew off in the distance. And it was time for Ash and his new friends to part ways
After saying goodbye Ash had decided to focus on getting more gym badges and competing in the Pokemon League.
He had travelled all over Kanto had collected all 8 gym badges. He even captured a Bulbasaur, Squirtle, Pidgeotto which is now Pidgeot, Krabby which is now Kingler, Primeape, Muk and Tauros...well 30 of them.
Ash even made some new friends along the way. Brock, the Pewter City Gym leader who was trying to be the world's best Pokemon Breeder and Misty, the 4th sister of the Cerulean Sensational Sisters who wanted to be the world's greatest Water Pokemon trainer.
Soon Ash finally makes it to the Indigo League and manages to get past the preliminary rounds.
Upon entering the Top 16 Ash faced off against his friend Richie and even though Richie was good Ash was victorious in the end and made it to the Top 8 before losing.
Not knowing what to do now, Prof. Oak, the man who gave Ash Pikachu in the beginning gave Ash a task. To retrieve mysterious Pokéball from his one collegues: Prof. Ivy, who resides in the Orange Islands.
Along the way Brock had decided to stay with Prof. Ivy to learn about the Pokemon. During the trip Ash and Misty met Tracy a Pokemon Watcher and big fan of Prof. Oak. Traveling through the Orange Islands Ash had managed to capture a Snorlax and a Lapras that was separated from its family.
Thus leading him to hear about this challenge called the Orange League, which consited of 4 gym leaders on four different islands and trainers must not only battle, but also go through different tests with their Pokemon to see if they were worthy of a gym badge. And that's what Ash did.
Eventually Ash faced off against the Orange League Champion Lance and his Pokemon Dragonite.
It was a tough match, but soon Ash managed to defeat Dragonite thanks to his trusty Pikachu, making him the Orange League Champion and his Pokemon was recorded in the Hall of Fame.
Upon returning to Pallet Town they reunited with Brock who had left because of some "problems" when he was with Prof. Ivy.
Ash was once again stumped about not knowing what to do or where to go now.
After bringing the GS Ball to Prof. Oak to look at Tracy was at the lab as Prof. Oak's new assistant and Ash was using this time to figure things out.
And the answer came to him, when his old childhood rival, Gary Oak came to visit Pallet Town. He had came home to pack up so he can travel to the Johto Region.
Upon returning Ash and Gary had a battle to see how much stronger they had become.
They both used Pikachu vs Eevee. Both Pokémon fought well, but in the end it led to a draw.
After the battle Gary had left for the Johto Region hoping to see Ash there soon.
And so, Ash's next Adventure began: He was to give the GS Ball to Kurt to a Pokéball expert that lies in Azalea Town.
When Ash, Brock and Misty set out for Johto he signed up for the Johto League and competed in all 8 gyms as well.
While in Johto, he captured some new Pokémon as well. A Heracross, a Chikorita which is now a Bayleef, a Cyndaquil, Totodile, a shiny Noctowl and a Phanpy.
Upon entering the League Ash made it through the round robin preliminaries and first match was up against Gary.
The battle consisted of Muk, Heracross, Trauros, Snorelax, Charizard and Bayleef vs Nidoqueen, Magmar, Blastoise, Arcanine, Scizor and Golem.
It was a tough battle, and in the final match was Charizard vs Blastoise, with quick thinking Ash defeated Gary earning him a spot in the Johto League Quarter Finals.
Upon entering that Ash faced off against Harrison a trainer from Hoenn who used Pokemon Ash had never seen before, a Kecleon and his ace Blaziken.
Both sides faced each other evenly matched taking out each other's Pokemon left and right until it came down to just Charizard and Blaziken.
Both fire/fliying and fire/fighting type both fought with all of their might, using their best flame attacks on each other.
As the battle reached its end both Pokemon were exhausted and barely able to stand. Deciding to end it both Pokemon ended the battle with Flamethrower and Dragon Rage.
Creating a huge explosion, and the two Pokémon were on the ground. After encouraging words from their trainers the two fire types managed to get back onto their feets.
In the end Charizard was the Pokemon to win as Blazkien collapsed from exhaustion winning Ash the battle.
Happy of his victory, Ash was now in the semi-finals.
The match was a struggle but in the end Ash was able to win both the semi-finals and the final match making him the winner of the Johto League.
In those battles, his Cyndaquil evolved into Quilava, Totodile evolved into, Croconaw,Bayleef evolved into Meganium and Bulbasaur evolved into Ivysaur while he fought against a trainer's Meganium.
All of his friends and family were very happy for him as they celebrated his victory.
However soon after Ash had to say goodbye to Brock and Misty as the two of them had to return their families.
So here are now back go where the story began. Ash and Pikachu was lying on a tree near Pallet Town, relaxing from the Johto victory.
"You know Pikachu I've been thinking, Harrison said he was from Hoenn. What if we went there?" Ash suggests.
Pikachu thought about it for a minute. "Pikachu..."
"I mean let's be honest, that Blaziken sure was strong and that Keckleon too. I never seen them before, but just think about what other Pokémon we'll see there.",Ash said.
"Pika Pikachu." Pikachu nods liking the idea.
Ash smiles. "Well alright then, our next stop is Hoenn!"
Pikachu climbs onto Ash's shoulder as the two of them head to Prof. Oak's lab at the top of the hill.
Once they got inside, they saw Prof. Samuel Oak himself, and old man with grey hair in a lab coat was giving new beginning trainers their first Pokémon.
"Alright young trainers you have 3 choices for your first Pokemon. I hope each and everyone one of you has thought long and hard about your choice." Prof. Oak said.
Ash and Pikachu looked at the kids faces, mixed with stuck thoughts as they looked at a Charmander, Squirtle and Bulbasaur.
"Alright since you were first you get first pick." Prof. Oak said pointing to a young boy.
The boy took a deep breath and looked at all 3. "I...uh...well..",he still looked confused. Ash decided to do something.
"Hey before you pick.",he along with everyone else turned to face Ash walking in. "It's OK that you're nervous about who to choose. Just wanna say that no matter what Pokémon you choose, you'll be the best partners there is.",He said.
Prof. Oak smiles. "Kids meet Ash Ketchum, like you he's a trainer from Pallet Town as well."
They all looked at him. "Really?"
Ash nods. "Yup, when I was in your spot, I was so excited to finally out out on my own journey that I couldn't sleep. I may have missed out on getting one of these.",he points to the regular starters. "But I'm kinda glad I did, or else I'd never gotten Pikachu."
The first boy looks to the Pokemon and nods. "I pick this one." He pointed at Charmander, who smiles widely.
"Charmander!"
"Charmander, nice choice." Ash smiles as the other two picked Squirtle and Bulbasaur.
Prof. Oak offers the three boys their Pokéballs and Pokédex's. "Well you three, I wish you all the best of luck and happy training."
"Thank you Professor.",they all said and turned to Ash. "Thank you Mr. Ketchum."
They all leave. "Ah the new ones are always the most excited." Prof. Oak smiles.
"Yeah, just like me.",Ash smiles watching them off.
"So, Ash what can I do you for?" Prof. Oak asks.
"Prof. Oak, I was wanted to know about the Hoenn region, cause I'm heading there soon.",Ash said and Pikachu agreed with him.
"Well the Hoenn region is a very exciting region, I only know a few details it's a very beautiful region and it's filled with so many new and interesting kinds of Pokemon. My colleague Prof. Birch spends most of his time out in the field exploring Hoenn and interacting with these Pokemon." Prof. Oak said.
"That sounds cool, now I really wanna go there.",Ash grew a smile.
"The Pokemon there are very different from Kanto and Johto." Prof. Oak said.
"Sounds good to me, I bet some of those Pokemon would make great additions to my team." Ash said.
"I should've known you would want to still travel.",the old man smiles.
"So can I get a few of my Pokemon?" Ash asks.
"By all means." Prof. Oak said leading him to his fields out back.
Once Ash and Pikachu stepped outside, they see all of their teammates all around the ranch either relaxing or training.
Looking around Ash decided on Squirtle, Quilava, Phanpy and one of his 30 Tauros. He whistles to them. "Squirtle, Quilava, Phanpy, Tauros!"
The 4 Pokemon came running over with smiles on their faces.
"Team we're going to a new region, who's up for winning another league?" Ash asks as they all cheer in agreement.
"Great.",Ash smiles. "We'll leave for the Hoenn Region in 2 weeks."
All of them nodded stating they were ready for it.
"And I'm gonna make sure I bring all of you to there."Ash said wanting all of his Pokemon to have a chance to see Hoenn.
"Well in that case Ash, you're gonna something to help you with all the new Pokemon you'll be seeing." Prof. Oak said.
He handed Ash a small red hand held device. Ash takes it with a smile. "A new Pokedex, thanks."
"Now you better go home and get ready, your mother is going to want to hear about this." He said.
Ash nodded. "Will do.",he and Pikachu said goodbye to the old man and headed on home.
Once Ash made it home, he told his mother, Delia at dinnee about him wanting going to the Hoenn region.
"So, you're planning on leaving home already?" Delia asks sitting down.
"I know this is sudden Mom, but I'm trainer I gotta see the world." Ash said. Ash was hoping that she won't be angry about this.
Delia sighs and forms a smile. "I knew you wouldn't stay long, but at least I have 2 more weeks to spend time with you."
Ash sighed in his head. 'What a relief.' "Thanks for understanding mom.",he says.
"You think you'll win this one as well?" She asks looking at his Johto League and Orange Leage trophies.
Ash laughs abit when he smiles. "I can try."
"That's my Ash." Delia smiles.
The mother, son and Pikachu ate their dinner in peace.
Soon...
The next two weeks went by and Ash soon found himself standing in front of a ferry for Littleroot town.
Ash was wearing a new set of clothes. He was wearing a blue hoodie with a black shirt with a red stripe underneath, black gloves, blue jeans and blue shoes. And to top it all of, a new cap. It was red and black and had a green Pokeball symbol inside. Similar to his original hat.
"Love the new clothes, don't you think buddy?",he asks Pikachu.
"Pikapi. Pikachu." Pikachu nods.
Ash turns to his mom and gives her one last hug goodbye.
"Thanks for the clothes mom, I'm gonna miss you.",he said softly.
"I'll miss you too Ash, call me as soon as you get to the nearest Pokemon Center." Delia said.
"I will mom. Love you." Ash said letting go.
"I love you too." Delia waves goodbye as Ash climbs on board.
One more fog horn, the ferry to Hoenn started to move and began to make its course.
"Pika Pika." Pikachu said.
"Yep, I'm ready Pikachu. Look out Hoenn because here we come." Ash grins.

Well here is my new story. Sorry it took so long. This story will be replacing my Pokémon Kanto story. And replacement of Ash and May's Kanto Adventures.
This story was inspired by star eyes pendulum dragon's: Pokémon Ash the legendary Rainbow Hero. I love that story so much that I wanna make a story similar to that.
So this is a rewrite of The Ruby and Sapphire Arc/Advanced Generation but has elements from the 20th Movie and will have moments from the games.
I upload and update when I want to. So please don't no one rush me.
