A Son's Tears and a Father's Understanding
A/N: I don't own Pirates. If I did, Orlando would be locked up in my closet. Tee he. Enjoy!
It was a beautiful evening. Elizabeth Turner and her son, Willy were walking to the cliff that overlooked the beach. Today was a very important day. Today ended William Turner the Second's ten year reign as the Captain of the Flying Dutchman. Willy was very excited. Finally, after all these years, he was finally going to meet his father! Elizabeth smiled as he ran ahead singing the pirate's song she had taught him 9 years before. She was also excited. She had missed Will so much. Elizabeth joined her son at the cliff and they waited.
A few moments later, the sun set and Elizabeth smiled at her son. He smiled back. Suddenly, a green flash lit up the horizon. A smile lit up Elizabeth's face as a she saw a ship sailing towards the beach. "Come Willy." she said to her son. "Let's go see your father." With that, they ran to the beach to meet him.
William Turner couldn't believe it. He was finally going home to Elizabeth. The ten years was over, he was unbelievably happy. The green flash appeared, and Will felt something in his chest. It was his heart. As he neared the shore, Will could see two figures. It was Elizabeth and a small boy. He thought for a moment. Then it hit him. That must be his son!
Elizabeth and Willy got to the beach just as Will landed on the shore. "Will!" Elizabeth shouted, tears streaming down her cheeks. "Elizabeth!" he answered happily. She ran and flung herself into his warm, loving embrace. Their lips met in a fiery, passionate kiss that made the world melt. "You're home, you're really home." Elizabeth whispered as they broke apart. "Yes, love." he answered, his deep voice sending shivers down her spine. "I'm home for good." Elizabeth turned to her son, "Willy, come meet your father." He hesitated and whispered softly, "Papa?"
Will held his arms out to Willy. "Come here, son. " he whispered, tears in his eyes. In a split- second, Willy was in his father's arms, crying tears of relief. Will understood. "It's okay, Willy I'm home and I'm staying." "I love you, Papa." Willy said, now falling asleep. "I love you too, my boy." Will answered. He held his hand out to Elizabeth and together, the Turner family went home.
