Just a quick one little fiction from me. I was inspired to write this when my grandpa read Romeo and Juliet for me. So the idea belongs to Shakespeare and the characters to JK Rowling. Obviously I own nothing.

To be apart from someone you don't love is easy. But when it's the other way around it isn't. Draco Malfoy and Hermione Granger loved each other with such passion that their love never seemed dry up. They belonged together, and they had agreed that they would never more be apart from each other. They wished to get married, but there was a problem – their parents didn't approve.
Hermione Granger was a beautiful and intelligent witch. Meanwhile Draco was a wealthy, handsome young man. They had known each other since school. Though in school they weren't friends, they were enemies. They had hated each other for a long time, but after the war they had forgiven each other. Their relationship had started off as friendship, then developing into a flirt but after a while they both understood that they were in love. Nothing seemed to stop their love and they both wanted to spend eternity together. It was when their parents met the trouble had started.
It had been a warm summer afternoon when Draco had invited his parents and Hermione hers. They were both nervous and restless because after all; they came from separate worlds. Hermione came from the non magical muggle world and Draco from the pure blooded magical world. Draco's parents were purebloods and so was he and his parents couldn't stand muggles and muggleborns. They believed muggles and muggleborns were below them. The war had done little to change their opinions on muggles and muggleborns, although they didn't wish to slaughter them anymore.
Hermione's parents were conservative and had already promised Hermione hand to a dear friend of theirs. He was very rich, wealthy and influential, yet not so good looking. However they didn't care about it one bit, just as long as they got a some of the money and influence he had.
It was an understatement to say that the meet had been a disaster. It went so badly that Hermione's parents took her away from Draco and likewise did Draco's parents The young lovers had tried to stop them, but alas. They were both broken and their hearts felt like they had been ripped away from them, never would they see each other again.
Hermione's parents forced her to get married to the man she did not love and Draco's parents married him away to an aristocratic lady. They were both miserable and broken to their very cores.
Hermione couldn't take it anymore, she felt disgusted by the man who was her husband. She realized that she would do anything to be with her true love, so she made up a plan so that they would never be apart anymore. She was an excellent potioner and decided to make herself a potion that would make her fall into a deep sleep. It was so that everyone would believe she was dead. Then she would run away with Draco to a far away country and they would live happily ever after, just like in the fairytales.
Draco's plans were much darker than Hermione's, he had decided that he would kill Hermione's husband and then run with Hermione to a far away country. His wife would he leave at home, never to return to again.
Though Hermione was an excellent potioner she had to be careful, the draught of living dead was a complicated potion to make and just one little mistake could potentially kill her.
The potion had turned a light shade of Lilac and was soon ready. It was perfect now she realized as she looked down into the cauldron and saw the crystal clear potion. It would make her sleep exactly 24 hours and then she was free. She poured the potion into a clear glass which she put on the sink ready to be consumed. She cleaned away her potion set and walked over to the sink. She emptied the glass in one gulp and soon fell into a deep, deep sleep.
Draco was ready to set his plan into work when he heard the news. His already broken heart was shattered. He couldn't believe Hermione was dead, his one true love. He was broken before but now it had turned into sorrow and anger. She was so young and with such a beautiful heart. How could this have happened to her? He couldn't believe it. The only thing he wanted right now was to see her again before he would join her for eternity on the other side.
Seeing her pale limp body lying on her kitchen floor was so painful that Draco didn't know what to do. He just starred at her, tears streaming from his eyes. He had to join her in eternity; they had promised each other that they would be together forever. Even in death.
He had made his decision and realized that he would do it the muggle way; shoot himself in his head. It was the easiest way and a final message to his parents. After much searching he found a gun in a drawer and went to the kitchen again.
He unsecured the gun. The hand he held the gun in shook as he put it to his temple. The only thing left was to pull the trigger. He fired it fast with determination. It wasn't as painful he believed it would be to die, it went dark and then he saw a light.
Hermione woke up; she was weak and could only lie down at the moment. She heard a horrible bang but couldn't see where it came from. There was a thud on the ground and she saw a blonde head through the corner of her eye. The potion had succeeded as she wanted it to, but there was a flaw in her plan.
She could now raise her upper body from the ground and that's when she saw him. Lying on the floor lifeless with blood pouring from his temple. Her beloved Draco Malfoy. She knew he was dead and she knew what had to be done. She took the gun which was lying beside Draco, still in his tight grip, and swallowed hard.
It had to be done she thought, she did not want to live without him and had made a promise to him. Forever and eternity together. She put the gun to her temple. The gun felt heavy in her hand as she was still weak from the potion. Trembling, her finger pulled the trigger and it was all over. Quick and weirdly not painful at all. It was over and she could join Draco on the other side forever and after.

Oh my freaking god. To whoever favorited this and read it when I first published it; I am so sorry? I blame my thirteen year old self, publishing a story filled with grammatical errors and flaws. With English being my second language, I can't do much else than laugh about it and correct it now when I'm older and wiser. I will leave it here as a reminder to myself to never attempt to mix Shakespeare with HP ever again. What was I thinking? Hermione is a strong independent woman who would figure out a million other solutions other than suicide. Oh well. Hope you all are good and still out there. Kiss and hugs.
