Prologue
A gem. It brought peace and happiness all over the world. The green gem shined broadly in the center of the world, where everyone lived. It glistened in the sun while people from all over would come and worship it. This is no ordinary gem. It's a blessing to the people. It was admired by not only its beauty, but for its powers as well. It brought good luck, fortune, skill, fame, and strength to everyone. It stayed trapped in a glass cage, 50 feet in the air, on top of a large white pillar. Only the most trusted man in the world had the key.
One night, a dark, sneaky figure stole the key and went missing. The town went insane. The kings of the world finally found him, but unfortunately he was at the top of the pillar, trying to keep his balance while holding the gem. The kings put their head down in defeat, letting the robber get away. One king, however, refused to let the figure get away. He demanded to get the gem back. Each king clutched onto the heavy pillar and swayed it back and forth. The robber held onto the gem for his dear life. He lost his balance and fell to his death. The kings cheered joyfully, but soon stopped as a smash was heard. They looked over to find the dead robber in pieces and the gem shattered and spread out in the puddle of blood. The gem pieces were broken up into 6, though one was bigger than the others and seemed like a connecter between all the pieces. All of the kings look down in defeat once again, and looked as if each one of the pieces stabbed them painfully in the heart. The pieces were thrown in the ocean.
People from town moved more to the open land of the world, trying to get the treasures back. Only 6 specific people were chosen to bring the gem back to its power. No one knows who or were those people are. If they do rejoined, only the person with the center piece can rejoin the pieces and rule. The other 5 will be sacrificed….
